The recruitment these days for The Police is as ridiculous as the recruitment for The Royal Guards. I was a Coldstream Guard for 12 years and in my time there was a height restriction and you had to have a bit about you. Some of the Police Officers and Guards these days look like they've just left school and would break down in tears if you raised your voice at them. Laughable really as both important jobs and its been made a mockery.
