Hello thank you for your question! The Voyager will be able to hold 2 Mounjaro pens when using the USB-LID or 3 when using the Biogel Ice-Pack. The two cooling components cannot be used together with the Voyager so you can either store 2 or 3 Mounjaros, no more than that. While the Explorer can fit 3 Mounjaro since you will always need to use the Biogel Pack to keep meds refrigerated and the USB-LID can be used together to boost the performance of the Biogel Ice-Pack. Hello, thank you for your comment! The most effective way is to put the Biogel Pack in luke-warm water, as this video demonstrates. Letting it sit outside for 5-10 minutes will not always be the best option, as the temperatures vary and it may take more or less time for the Biogel to be left outside in order to reach its optimal temperature. @@4allfamily I just tried it. 6hours in freezer, 3 minutes in lukewarm water. Result: after 1 hour, temperature is 15°C. Maybe you should specify exact temperature od the water
When I first got a box of four, I didn't know it needed to be refrigerated. I took it home from the pharmacy both in its box, and also in a closed bag from the pharmacy. I left it out (Not knowing that it had to be refrigerated) in an air conditioned room, at approximately 68° f, within the box & within the closed bag, for approximately 4 - 4.5 hours. After finally reading that it needed to be refrigerated, quickly took it out of the bag, and put it in the refrigerator. Then I read, that it is not supposed to be brought to room temperature and then recooled. I must say that I do not believe that it actually reached room temperature, because of the insulating properties of both the box and the closed and sealed paper bag that I got it in. My question is: do I still take it - this would be my first attempt at taking it? Or did I completely ruin it? Please keep in mind, that as soon as I got home from the pharmacy, it went into an air conditioned room, within a sealed paper bag, within the sealed box that the four pens come in, for about 4-4.5 hours. I believe it was insulated from the box & bag. Again, sorry to reiterate, but I'm trying to get this across, my best guess is that it really didn't come to room temperature because of the insulating properties of both the bag and box: Did I ruin it? Or should I still administer it as my first time administering it?
Hello thank you for your comment! We don't believe that your pens have been ruined. As long as your pens were never exposed to temperatures above 80°F, there is nothing to worry about. Also, didn't your Zepbound box come with a cooler bag or gel pack from the pharmacy? Lastly, you are correct if Zepbound is stored at room temperature, it should not be returned to the refrigerator. You should discard the pens if they are not used within 21 days after removing them from the refrigerator. Keep this in mind the next time so you do not compromise the compound inside your Zepbound pens. Also, be advised that Tirzepatide, the active ingredient in Zepbound is a colorless liquid like water, and if you see any changes in color, that means that it has gone bad.
@@4allfamily Unfortunately the pharmacy didn't tell me it was supposed to be refrigerated (it was written on the package, but I didn't know about the refrigeration and I just put the package aside for a bit in a 69°F room.) ... Also, no, for whatever reason, the package didn't come with a cooler bag nor a gel pack. Thanks for your answer... I too know for sure that the package didn't get above 80°F. I'll watch out for clarity / color changes. Thanks for your answer.

For your information, our largest coolers are able to store a maximum of 3 Zepbound pens, and the reason why our units are not able to store more than 3 pens is because Zepbound comes with a wide protective cap, making it difficult to find enough room inside the coolers for 4 pens. I forgot to shake it and just put it into the freezer. It did make a bulge once frozen. Will this bulge go away once it defrosts?? Or did I damage the biogel??

The issue that you are facing happened because the gel inside was concentrated in one place. To fix the deformation of the Biogel, when the Biogel is thawed, push the bulge part with your hands or with a spoon. Most of the time, this works, so give it a try! Also, in order to prevent this situation in the future, it is really important that you use these steps: When you want to freeze the Biogel you should shake it up and down before putting it inside the freezer compartment, so the Gel inside this component spreads equally along its structure and does not concentrate at one point, and always put the Biogel horizontally in the freezer (laying down). Hello thank you for your question! The unit is supposed to store medications at refrigerating temperature between 36-46F (2-8C). It does not have a integrated thermostat, which means you cannot set the temperature as per your liking, however it a great device to store medicine at refrigerating temperatures. We hope this helps! I live in the tropics - high heat. I have observed that the novalin 70/30 normally milky colour is now separating: there is a clear section and a white section. This is not normal. This separation was observed around 1 week after Hurricane Beryl hit Jamaica.
First off if its not coming out i take lighter to it for 5 secs and it heats it up and works99% of the time, you can also take off the needle and blow into the back of it and it can move the stuff out of the needle..
How do you wash your hands while out and on the move? Why do you need to wash your hands before using a pen? Why do you want people to change needles every time they use the pen? Totally unnecessary
