@@kirstonemmm1423 definitely I eat on the more casual side but I eat similar at home so it’s interesting to see the difference in casual dining here too
Yes it's insane... it's all about taxes...the government don't want people vapeing as taxes on cigarettes are insanely high...just go to any cigarette or vape shop they sell them under the counter cash only
It's medical so we get medical rebates, Australia has way better healthcare then the USA that we can actually afford. What's insane is people pay $50+ for FAKE DISPOSABLES but a medical cart is only $10 😂
@@Doulos.Romans8.34 basic skills are looked over by a professional to see if you are eligible, if you got a bad police record you probably won't be eligible. Personally I'm a motorcycle rider and I need my license to get to work and back, my reasoning for getting a car would be for my kids.
Totalitarianism? Highest prison population in the world. Police death squads. The NSA vacuuming up every communication. Presidential felons. The exectutive, the legislsature and the judiciary bought and paid for by the highest bidder. Coporate murders. Commerical prison system. Judges paid to put kids in prison. You might want to look up totalitarianism and facism.
Sweetie I fully understand….my wife and had the same reverse situation driving in the US. In fact I had the cheek to tell a group of Americans….”No wonder you guys have so many accidents….you all drive on the wrong side of the road! 😀” Seriously though, you must know some Aussies by now…get them to sit in the car with you…they’ll help you out. Some pre trip study would have helped you as well. I’m 78 and I knew you guys drive on the right….i knew that you still use miles, feet and inches, I knew that the steering wheel was on the left etc. You’re young and you’ll learn quick….so cheer up. 🙂
Haha I knew I would have to drive on the left I just didn’t realize how much of a learning curve it would be…I’ve been doing a lot better with it lately!
Darling, it’s called hand brake, because you use your hand to operate it ( as opposed to your foot) . Most Americans call it the E brake ( Emergency brake). If you’re using google maps, what does it matter if it’s Kilometres or Miles? If it tells you turn right in 400m , and you see the distance getting smaller & smaller, you know you’re coming up to the right intersection to turn into, yeah??
Hii! Me and my cousin will be going on a WHV from America as well in August! We’re doing a tour up the east coast when we first arrive so we are soooo worried about not finding work as we’ll definitely need it after our tour. We’re doing the tours and everything with welcome to travel as well. Just wondering if they helped you get in touch with the recruitment agencies or if they were any help at all?
Yes welcome to travel is awesome they send weekly emails with jobs too and have lots of connections mainly in Melbourne and Sydney, I found this job on Facebook but if you are willing to do hard work jobs will be easy
