In this sermon, Pastor Chris Jones explores Acts 13's message of diversity and sending in the church, highlighting the importance of reaching all nations. The leadership diversity in Antioch allowed them to minister effectively to a wide range of people. The sermon emphasizes recognizing God's calling on individuals' lives and the church's role in supporting these callings. Lastly, Pastor Chris prays over missionaries Sam and Laura, encouraging the congregation to be confident in sending and supporting missionaries while celebrating God's provision and faithfulness.
Such a great message , we think we’re living in the worst of times and we’re actually living in an era of Grace 🙌🏻 God’s patience, waiting for us all. ❤
In the eyes of the Lord, this woman is no pastor...y'all need to read 1st Timothy to see only men can hold the office of a pastor...run from this 501c3 church of Satan...run as fast as you can!!!
this a synagogue of Satan....women are not permitted to teach men, scripture is very clear and precise. And people have to ask why the Lord God is bringing calamity upon the US. To mock God is to reap what you sow. It is far the better to stay home and read the word of God instead of partaking with modern day heathens.
God bless Pastor Chris! We (the church) need to hear more sermons like this in this generation where resisting sin is hardly spoken about! Thank you for this message
All I’m hearing is “I want God to support my dreams instead of “God what is your dream for my life”. Where are the men at that will stand in the Word of God without bending a knee to the world?
What if started asking what HIS will was for our life and not what WE could have or do? What if we truly submitted to HIS will even if it meant suffering and pain? That’s not a popular thing to say and doesn’t fill the offering plate though does it.
I cannot get the taste out of my mouth how tacky this church is. First off, it doesn’t feel welcoming when you walk in and seems like a high school where everybody is in their little groups. I’ve spoke with God with how I feel about this kind of church and asked him to not let me judge it too hard because I’m working on how to better myself with that. but like I said it just doesn’t have an authentic feel to it. Chris Jones was a passionate speaker about this topic today, I will give him that but the fact that he wasn’t there in flesh and had his sermon on a big screen to watch him preach felt way out of touch and too modern and that’s probably my biggest problem with the way this church is set up. The merch shop, the coffee stand and everything tacky just seems like I’m being bought in to believe that I am being sold something. Maybe the smaller churches we can walk to in our coummities throughout America are the backbone for Christians needing a real spiritual awakening. Hope Community just doesn’t do it for me as I search for a godly community to worship with. Shia Lebeouf recently turned to traditional Latin mass and he said the churches with the big guitar and drums and light show felt like to him like he is being sold something and that’s the exact same way I feel watching a Hope community church set up. Traditional Latin mass I will head to where I won’t feel like they are trying to sell me a car.
It is disappointing to see such a Bible believing church bend a knee to culture and the feminist movement. There are so many capable godly men at Hope. Why would the church staff defy Gods will that is clearly written in the Bible ( 1 Timothy 2:12 etc..) and allow a woman to stand in the pulpit and preach over men? God has this structured to reflect his relationship with his church. My question is this: What fruit do you expect to yield from blatant disobedience to God? If growth is to happen we must align ourselves with GODS will and be submissive to him AND his word. Stop conforming to culture and stand on the rock of Gods word!
if they are letting a woman preach, they ain't a bible believing church, in fact they are a synagogue of Satan...Jesus is not the head of this pagan entity.
