Доста аматьорски поднесена информация. Най-малкото, понятието "парцел" означава УПИ (урегулиран поземлен имот). Останалата част имоти се наричат ПИ (поземлен имот). Освен това, има поземлени имоти, т.е. не в регулация, които могат да бъдат застроявани и са с подходящи параметри за къщи. Такива са, така наречените " параграфски", които са обикновено във видните зони, също и строителните полигони, обикновено това са махали на селата, а има и други. Тези, за които говориш за "обръщане" са поземлени имоти в обсега на земеделските земи. Процеса се нарича "преодреждане" и далеч не е няколко месеца. Отнема доста повече време, а и в 99% от случаите нямат комуникации (път, ток, вода и т.н.). Ако по "обръщане" имаше предвид, поземлените имоти попадащи в урбанизираните зони, то този процес се нарича "урегулиране" и е свързан с изработването на ПРЗ или ПУП. Хубаво е, когато се появяват пред публика, да се подготвят по адекватно.

Great and informative video. Its sad that people don't care about these places. They could be used some day, if not for what they are ment some can be restored partialy and maybe shown like a museum. PS: I have made a map for the second bunker aswell. You could have used that too.
@@kppteam Няма ппоблеми. Бях закачил една на вратата. Явно не са я взели веднага. Трябва да има още 2 вътре Има и трети бункер, но там няма как да се влезе понеже се минава през сграда. Намира се точно под студентските общежития до ректората.
@@TakashimaBG Него не го знам. Идеята на картата е да покаже,че има място в бункерите, но са просто неизползваеми и при нужда обикновен човек няма къде да се спаси. А ние предлагаме цялостно изграждане на истински защитни бункери. В нета има 1-2 фирми които предлагат готови тенекиени цистерни, като ги пишат бункер, но реално са смях в залата...

As much as it’s been a headache, my dad has enjoyed the last 10+ years with his ML350. I’ve enjoyed some of my favorite memories with him in it, and we don’t plan on letting it go. I’ll always remember the things I’ve done in it. Soon, I’ll get to drive it. Ever since he got it, I’ve always loved it. The seats are comfortable, it always smells nice, and the M272 3.5L V6 almost always cranks right over. I know it’s safe, and won’t ever let me down. Hopefully the faith holds true. 150k miles and counting. Love that car.
