I stayed here for what seemed at the time a massive part of my Brummie holiday life. I haven't been here for 30 years but 2 seconds into the intro for Simon Reeve's BBC programme, I recognised the beach. Playing Pacman at The Victory and spending time at Phil and Su's place in Mount Hawke are memories of pure pleasure. The Blue Bar now is where I used to play Star Wars the arcade game for hours. I need to pay another visit.
Ah,,,I miss Penryn with all my heart. This vid was so wonderful. Live in Penzance now but just can not feel the love no matter how hard I try,,,,,,Oh for the love of Shag Town.
