Not too long ago, my partner asked me what I would do if money didn’t matter. My response was immediate, cook all day and create really amazing AirBnb stays. Creating a kick-ass AirBnb is still on the back burner, pun intended, but cooking all day is happening right now.

I’ve followed many lemon scone recipes in my life and this is by far one of the best. Only thing I do differently is I freeze the butter after cubing so that frozen butter instead of just coke butter goes into the vitamix when you combine with flour mixture. This helps the butter stay super cold until in the oven.

It was super fun to work on but we just don't have the same amount of free time anymore. We've talked about rebooting it, but no formal plans yet :)
Hey Emma! Absolutely love this vegan roasted carrot recipe, especially as I've covered a simialr recipe from Ottolenghi cookbook. This make an amazing side dish throughout the seasons and I make this all the time now, although the yogurt sauce is different. I look forward to trying this, thanks for the inspiration.
