Can you pair the Yealink headset to all of the following Your TV, car radio, witch is hooked io my i phone and to my new Echo Spot along with my desktop? Also wearing the headset on the lift side you could lose it wild driving.
Here's how you do it. This will reset or clear the headset’s list of paired devices and will also restore the factory defaults of the BlueParrott Button (voice command and mute). 1. Power on the headset. 2. Press and hold (6-10 seconds) both the BlueParrott Button and Volume Down button simultaneously until you see the Multi-function button quickly flash purple twice. 3. The BlueParrott Button is now reset, and the pairing memory is clear. The headset will automatically re-enter pairing mode. If you do not wish to re-pair, power off the headset. So am I understanding correctly, that if the phone does not have built In bluetooth capability, the headset won't work, even with the dongle? I'm looking at a VVX450 and would like to use it with my bluetooth hearing aids. Unfortunately it seems that none of the office phones compatible with Google Voice for business have bluetooth capability.
That is correct Jabra Evolve 2 40, 45H and Jabra Evolve 2 65 use the exact same ear pad. The Jabra Evolve 2 30 does NOT use the same earpad It uses a much smaller one.
The blue parrot m300 is not designed for answering calls via the laptop. Heck no headset is going to do that when you connect it via Bluetooth direct to the laptop. The only way this works is if you have a compatible dongle that is integrated into the type of platform you're using like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Zoom phone or Ring Central. Jabra does make a USB Bluetooth dongle for several blue parrot models which can perform this function. Let me know if that helps. If you have more questions please send them our way. Thanks for checking out the video much appreciated. 👍👍👍👍
I agree with the sound quality, range and comfort but I'm on my 3rd set because the sensors that detect and announce calls or that you're putting the headset on your ear eventually fail. The prescribed "reset" does not work.
Download the Jabra mobile app to your phone and you'll be able to configure the mute button. If it's not working to your liking. The other option is to download the app to your computer. It can also configure the headset and check for firmware updates. You can also mute the headset by flipping the mic boom up and then unmuting by flipping it down.
I have connected a Poly Sync 40 to my Mac mini (running Sonoma 14.2.1) via the USB-C cable, and the speaker works, but I am unable to get the microphone to work for Zoom calls or anything else on my PC. What am I doing wrong?
why can't a smartphone connect to multiple bluetooth audio devices and output different audio contents to those devices separately? or at least connect to only 1 bluetooth audio device and have audio playbacks simultaneously to both that device and the smartphone's own speakers?
This is known as Dual Audio. And not all Smartphone support this feature. On iOS you'll need version 13 and above. And for Android you need version 8 and above with Google Play services. OIf your phone supports it then on Android you will connect both bluetooth devices and turn on the "multi-point" feature ON. From the available literature it seems that on Android it is a feature available on some of the Samsung phones. On iphones you'll also pair one device at a time and then go to Control Center>Music>Click on the broadcast icon. Then you should see both bluetooth devices. You should be able to control the bluetooth devices independently for separate audio. One of the issues we found is that this feature is not without its flaws even if your phone supports the Dual Audio mode you may experience difficulties pairing 2 bluetooth speakers/headphones, sync issues and intermittent audio. You may need to quit out of other apps playing on your device and reconnect/pair your devices. Thanks for sending us this question! Hope that helps.😀
It’s a shame that the cos of these brands don’t post their own videos like how else are we meant to know how to change these headset pieces great video thanks
Jabra has several models that look similar. Make sure that you do not have the Jabra Evolve2 30 as it is the only one that uses a different size. The Jabra Evolve2 40 and Evolve2 65 and Elite 45H. Are the same size cushion. Are you using one of these?
We need troubleshooting for the cable connection on a system that doesn’t have Bluetooth. Can you please include that in the future? It recognizes the monitor audio but installs and does not utilize this speaker audio…. Even after connecting.
so i own multiple poly devices, as i visited the Factory in Tijuana MX for 3 weeks (business proposes) and i got 5 Poly devices in my home, Voyager 6200, 8200, Focus Series 2, Sync 40M and Sync 20M, The Sync 20 will seamlessly connect to my phone and PC whether using a dongle or Bluetooth connection. Same applies for my other 3 devices. However the one and only device that wont connect via Bluetooth us the Sync 40, i can connect with with a dungle yes, but i cant use it with my phone or other devices. I updated the firmware via Poly Lens and got the same issue still. I guess the Sync 40M comes with this connection flaw
I am sorry to hear that my friend. If the replacement headset is damaged you are entitled to ask for a new replacement. Request from Sennheiser a new one. Don't give me up 👍
@GlobalTeckWorldWide Top notch comparison & review! You're absolutely amazing! Thank you! I have a quick question: Does the Yealink BH71 have any IP rating? Is it at least sweatproof? I know for a fact that the Poly Voyager 5200 is IPX4 rated, Poly are using a sweatproof nano-coating by P2i for sweat and moisture protection however I couldn't find any info about the Yealink BH71. I hope that they at least have some kind of moisture protection.
The BH71 Bluetooth headset does not have an IP rating for waterproof or sweatproof. The Voyager 5200 does have nternal components that are coded for protection against the elements.
The audio is coming from the mic on the mobile phone. The Blue parrot was connected to a different device so that I could demonstrate the mapping capability using the voice command. That is why you heard background noises in the vehicle.

Hi, I have issue. I just bought this device, and the mic ia not working properly, it means that the mic captures all the background noise and seems not right. Can you help me?
It's possible that BlueParrott is no longer isupporting tm300 updates. The latest version available is firmware 1.06. We just checked it on the m300 blue parrot Bluetooth headset that we have in our office. They also have a newer version of the m300 which is the M300- XT SE. The latest release for the newer model was March to 2023 (v.1.04). Which version of blue parrot of the M300 are you using?
My problem is, I have paired two iOS devices but only one can be heard from Bluetooth set. Can’t find any help from Plantronics or other RU-vid videos on this issue.
Check out this other video we did for multi pairing so that you can pair more than one device to your Bluetooth headset: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-2Z-B59a2m3A.html&si=yUDmYZ-2ODExY692
You may not be able to talk simultaneously to both at the same time but you can certainly take one call at a time on two separate devices. I have a video that I did on a similar Bluetooth headset where you can pair to more than one phone. The concept is the same on the Plantronics Voyager 5200 : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-2Z-B59a2m3A.html&si=yUDmYZ-2ODExY692
I've been using the blueparrott for a few months with no problem. Right now when I press power button to connect and disconnect. I don't hear an instructive voice. Why?
