Use a 970 R with tweels and you can go about anywhere. Mowed 30 acres of Interstate ramps for 8 yrs in SW Virginia. 35 HP motor with rear weights at the back of the mower
270 hours, stops running after a few minutes of mowing. Changed fuel lines, appears to be getting starved of fuel...bubbles in fuel filter....could it be a bad obstructed gas tank outlet?!
Yeah, that works great on a new tractor with no dirt, but on a used one, even a month old, not so much. Those latches don't work so easy and stick in the wrong position making the automatic drive on latch inoperative. I fought many battle with my tractor to get them deck on/off over the years to the point that I rarely take the damned thing off at all. I just use the backhoe, loader and most attachments with the deck in place. It does give nice ballast though but won't last the life of the tractor as a result of the poor design. No amount of fiddling with it, lubrication or any other diddling with it makes it any better. It would be nice to drive off then lift the deck for service, however, that is a desk jockey engineers wet dream somewhere in the JD office complex.
Have a zero turn. It’s rated for a 15 degree slope, and I believe it. I actually have to do strips with a mechanical push mower because I don’t dare risk getting the zero turn too close. In other areas, it’s a struggle to go up/down slopes. Better going uphill than downhill as far as having power and control. In spite of knobby tires, it is useless on slopes if you cut the bottom part first. Once you hit cut grass, all bets are off.
It works this way in theory, but get ready to muscle the 260 pound deck front or back to be able to flip those levers underneath because the deck rarely perfectly lines up.
When a JD dealer tries yo shame the competition and it back fires.... Two completely different machines, just make you look like you can't understand the difference. I like both brands, worked on and operated both. But for very different jobs. Take the Kubota full HVAC every day over a cheaper open cab JD. But you'll go slower and sink quicker.
We are getting a 9570. at the end of this video you mentioned lock up for wheat but didnt explain. we have wheat. can you explain what is needed there on that post for wheat. thx
It’s great except the lines don’t continue all the way to the edge so you have no guidance when backing into a corner or pulling all the way up to the edge and it rounds corners greater than 180 degrees which is terrible.
If it's wet in the bottom stay out of it, especially the zero turn. I noticed that the zero turn second run the operator didn't keep the front end up and that's why he got hung up...
I’ve added the right plug in wiring harness but my combine won’t pick up the input and add another analog but the camera clicks when I plug it in any ideas?
