I may try your strategy. Do you have best offer on your listings when you create them? Just wondering if people send offers while you have items on sale.

Quick question ... So you run a sale on the weekend and then send offers out to the weekends "watchers". But didn't they "watch" the item on sale and then your sending offers when the sales over? So are your offers better than the sale price?
I just finished going through all my listings and revising them with the new AI background images and have found its made a big difference in my sales.
I forgot to mention I did this slowly. Ending 10 listings or so a day. Editing. And then relisting 5 or so. I firmly believe being active on your account daily helps with algorithms

I do. I usually do about a quarter of what they suggest. Just to get it up in the algorithm. They often sell without the promotion as well, which I find weird. Lol
We have a store with close to 16k listings and sales are up and down. Do you do promoted listings at all? Either pay per click, or the old-school promotion?

7:02 almost over with the video. You have not said once that cost dictates a lot of sale and availability. If someone is only making 10 to 30% on an item sales can’t be given as easy as someone that’s paying a dollar for something there’s selling for $300, so the story is if you can get 10,000% profit, you can sell it at any price. And from seeing the seven minutes and you said you sell 99% of your stuff it sounds like most of it is purchased very cheaply, which means you should be selling 100% of your items. This is definitely good for a very, very, very, very beginner
T.he thing is, lots of us don't have the luxury of going down in price. Our items are not that valuable and we are barely making a penny as it is. I am going to try 5% and offers but I am going to wait until my ins. co pays for a ne car so I will have a way to get to the post office and I will be going to goodwill again even if I promised myself i wouldn't.
Great tip! Going to test this out. I did notice a slight increase in sales and watchers when I tried a sale on a few items, so this may do well for me.
Great video. Just curious about how you have 184 listings but when you go to list the 10% off items, it says 21/2000 selected. Seems like 2000 items in the store then.
Hi boss, just found your videos and enjoy them. I think you’re offering some good advice.. however I’m having a problem with the volume. I can’t hear even with my Bluetooth speaker cranked all the way up. I think if you used a microphone, you would have better audio quality. Just a thought. Thank you very much for very good videos.
I have a much larger store than you and our items are mostly new and not the same sort of items you sell typically. I will say as I came across your video, that you definitely have a high degree of sell through for relatively few items. You definitely have a good feel for items and pricing. That is a large sales volume for a small store. I am sure you have some specialized items and a relatively high dolalr average per item.
do not degreade urself saying u are stupid...because by selling in ebay, no easy tast for sure, shows u are very intelligent guy....and please do not put too much weight on what other people think!!
NEW TO YOUR CHANNEL... and LOVE IT! THANKS for sharing REALtime... true to the game knowledge and feedback. I've been reselling on all platforms for local pick up aside from ebay soley because I'm intimidated by the shipping process... I want to get started! Plenty in my "death pile" (2 storage units) to get listed and turn to profit instead of problematic!!! I need to jump on the ebay train! & I think after watching this video reading some of the other viewer comments... I'm attempting the ebay store model TODAY! ✋️ Down.... *** I should say the vintage Frisbee did it for me.. made me realize why stress the mess... make the cash we could greatly use get up and do what i know to do!! Shipping calculations and pricing is all formulated for us so it can't be all that bad to manage. Overthinking.... leads to nightmares and hoarded piles include many random finds such as this. I've done research all in plans to "list" on a broad platform with more potential sales such as ebay.... Off to the posting land .... thanks for inspiration! Keep yall posted.
