Alloura wasn’t A drag she was a FQ she started as Christina but by the time she came into her own she was fully aware of Alloura mother of modern day dramatics. Not scolding you guys just giving you information that may not be so easy for y’all to get.
I do think it’s not intentional ignorance, but youre totally correct to educate and provide correct information to hopefully teach and provide more understanding, bc tbh people might not know the difference
i am pretty sure they are aware of ballroom culture and its roots otherwise they wouldn't be doing this at all. of course they may not be experts or veterans but it is nice to see people appreciate ballroom :)
it’s more realistic to ballroom in the US scenes which I think helps to motivate people to improve, but I think to flourish in a newer space like Korea people need to feel comfortable in a place to grow
