When I do drink soda it has to be from a can!!! And then I will ocd clean the top of the can BUT still use a straw because I refuse to put my mouth on it but it definitely tastes best out of a can..... Id rather have fountain soda before bottles I'm super picky there is no just deal with it for me like I Can not do it but I also have the highest level of ADHD... OCD severe anxiety and a cpl other things so that might play a part in it because I'm also the most picky eater anyone has ever known and it's not always about taste either a lot of times with foods it can be just because of the texture alone for me
You are so amazing! I try to do meal prep, especially on busier weeks when I know I'm not going to have a lot of time or energy to figure out what to make for dinner. I also like to spend an evening every couple of months and make up a bunch of meals I can stick in the freezer and pull out for a later day. That's been super helpful with post surgeries times and days I end up working late
Oh my goodness, Priscilla you look absolutely gorgeous!! 💃 I’m here in Connecticut, we don’t have any of the good grocery stores like Publix, which I love or Food Lion (from when I lived in the south) we have Stop & Shop… and that’s where I usually go… the good news about Stop & Shop is that your rewards can be turned into gas points 💸
I know this was 3vyears ago..I would cook the potatoes..pull them out then add cheese Hut bring them closer together abd maybe broil for 3 min. Looked like most of the cheese went directly on the pan
Coz I have my mum/ brother as my support worker- like you look after Abi, I live on my own with my support dog and have lifeline to call them if I fall. And I’m 34 so too old to live at home and too much of my own stuff lol. But mum likes a meal plan so we know where we are but that can change, so what I say is meals that are available to be cooked lol as sometimes you make a meal plan and then at home she will pay pies and send one down with mash or she will make spaghetti and send it down so if I have it in my head I’m having chicken and rose and then I get pie and mash it can be enough to send me into meltdown so for my own sanity I’ve now said we have a list of what’s available to be made and any frozen potatoes options adden and any veg that’s all in the freezer. Sometimes if I’m struggling I will go thro a stage of eating someone all week, like chicken burgers- whole chicken, But they change the veg and potatoes daily so not having chips every day. I struggle with sauces they have to be thick and I don’t like tomato flavoured stuff so I can seem picky but it’s they textures and sharpness that I struggle with. I always have
Planning 1 week at the time. Looking at the calender sunday afternoon after happenings the next week: is there some meetings? when is it workout days? And planning after whats going on. Trying to plan healthy with different fish, meat, vegetables .. dishes.. Looking at sales sunday evening and write down where to shop, also looking in the freezer for food for the planning. This time, already ready for next week 😊
I prefer Dr Pepper in a can excepanyone's. Fountain Dr Pepper is superior to anything or anyones. I very much a meal prepper. We get paid once a month so I do a huge haul and I definitely need to plan or we'll end up with a lot of stuff we won't use or the need for another big trip.
We have at least one night a week, which is family film night. All the kids come even the adult ones, we sit and watch a film or two and eat home made spaghetti Bolognese, the kids cook it whilst I do chores so that when its ready we can sit down together and relax for an evening.
In Texas, the best place to shop is H.E.B. Everything is so fresh and prices are comparable to everything. Some of them have bbq restaurants in them made by the store, and it is the best. I shop once a week, but freezer and pantry is always stocked.❤ BTW, you look fantastic!!🤗
Mine ia in a can and its a drink brand called Rubicon and the mango 🥭 is the best seller you get it all over the uk also Fanta orange in a can to the juices like everything taste very different to usa food and drinks as the uk and E.U are very strict and the uk has Many taxs like the sugar tax on drinks in uk . Hi Priscilla! Every time I go to meal prep, I end up throwing more food out, I just get enough for a few days bc I get bored! I will end up making pasta salad or meat/macaroni for a few days bc it’s just me I’m cooking for now. I go to my son’s and let them cook!❤
I go to the convenience store and get a refill of rootbeer. I don’t meal prep because I don’t have the space or time. I cook whatever sounds good to me or my son. 😊💕
