The Shipping Policy linked in the online purchase checkout page is intentionally misleading and false advertising. Its says "Orders are shipped Monday-Saturday.Most orders ship the Same Day, but orders placed after 3 PM PST may ship the next day." I ordered on 4/18 and was immediately charged, however my item has notshipped as of 4/20. When I called customer service they advised me that the FAQ page (not linked on the online checkout page) says: "Orders with standardshipping methods are typically processed within 2-3 business days. However, there may be instances where an order or part of an order can take up to 6-10business days to ship. This could occur if an item(s) is no longer available in our distribution center and needs to be sourced from a store." This was notcommunicated to me or available at time of purchase. I relied on the false information when I ordered my items. Even though I was charged the full amount andorder has not shipped, customer service (via chat) refuses to cancel, refund or even let me speak with a manager. Calls to customer service 800 number are notanswered.
