Good day, thank you for your message. There can be a number of factors that can cause lifting at the free edge, most common is if the free edge is weak and thin. Make sure you use PRO10 bond primer in our prep procedure. Make sure you are using the correct lamp to ensure proper cure. And if possible, avoid filing the free edge to avoid and possible chance of separation.
You can apply to the whole nail, but applying to the free edge will make the soak off easier because in this video we used rubber base which has quite a lot of retention.
We don't suggest using the soft gel they will not release from the nail and may bond tight to the product. We suggest using revolution Dual forms for this method of application.
The rubber base is a base coat on its own, so it does not require any other base gels. If you are not applying a colour you can seal the rubber base with Top Coat
Bought everything in this video and my nails came out horrible 😂😂😂😂 but honestly I’m not mad for first time . Hopefully the more I do it the better il get . What went wrong : Bubbles everywhere 😂 One nail is thick the other is so thin I can see the nail thru the gel Overflowing of product Different shapes 😂😂 omg the list goes on
Hi There, 😆Oh, dear we know this can be tricky! We would suggest doing one nail at a time, and this can be done with a flash cure. And once all the nails have been flash cured place them back in the lamp for a full cure. So, start with the colour and finish with the chrome, apply a thin layer of topcoat. Then using some dish soap and a little water create a foam mix (we shook our foam up in a jar) scoop out the foam (try to scoop the tiny bubbles) quicky lay that onto the topcoat and cure. It may take a little longer to execute but this defiantly will give you more control and you should get a better end result😉
The only way the tip can bend in the free edge is if it's been thinned out too much. Once applied be sure to apply a coat of Supreme under the free edge of the tip to reinforce the free edge. Be sure not to over file the surface of the tip area.
One way of getting around a thumb that is wide is to use your largest tip and apply slightly lower ( away from the cuticle) once applied blend the tip around the contact area and use Supreme base to fill the space around the cuticle area.
I love the videos becuase I learn so much. Only complaint is the music is overwhelming the voice of the speaker. If it was possible to edit it to turn down the volume, this would be awesome.
