I apply the foam by making parts in my hair, putting some on a paper plate and use a q-tip to get some of the foam and apply it directly on the scalp. The foam is so much better than the liquid, but due to the cost, I only use the foam twice a week-on the day I wash my hair.
Really good video. I just started minoxidil foam s couple days ago (25 yo.) and this seems like a good way to apply it. The first time i did it i got it Alllll over the ends of my hair, and it looks like you avoid that, somehow. Brought the brush, its worth trying out.

There is a YT channel The Hair Loss Show, which is done by two doctors who treat hair loss. One of them, Russell Knudsen was involved in the minoxidil trials in Australia. He says the instructions that come with the product are the same as was used in the trial. But, he has said for example, applying once a day is enough for both me and women, and the product absorbs quicker than the instructions suggest. The Hair Loss Show has done many videos on minoxidil, but one from a year ago on the side effects of minoxidil covers a lot of info about it, including the time it takes to absorb.
Almost 120 days and I don’t know if I wanna continue. Definitely some benefits, like less depression, more energy, and being more in the moment, but I also been more jittery, impulsive, and less able to focus. Might alternate weeks after I reach 120, I don’t know yet

Thanks for the video. I heard it takes a year to get sober. Not because it takes a year to detox, but it takes about a year of events such as holidays and stressful days and even like a funeral or breakup without weed to overcome the true hurtles.
Bro I’m also 31, my dad is also bald, my mums side had thick hair. My hair has always been quite good/strong, however early on you could see slight balding at front. Closer to 25ish is when it got quite bad but only just started doing something about it. I’ve now been on Minoxidil for 4 months, and I’ve quite surprised with the good results. I only use this and Black Castor Oil + Hair Loss Shampoos. I was thinking of coming off Minoxidil and just taking Finesteride as I thought it is a DHT blocker (the testosterone) to stop the hair falling. But after watching this video, think I’ll just come at it from all angles like you said. I don’t dermaroll or finesteride. What’s your thoughts…. Great content bro
