May I say can insted of would in the sentence you gave in the video: Can you tell me how I would order lunch? So , can I say: Can you tell me how I can order lunch?
That's correct. You could use "would" or "can" without changing the meaning of the question here. If you want to learn more about these types of verbs you can watch my video about modal verbs.
