Mr JayR is From NORF Long Beach California and now is shifting his energy into a new and exciting direction as a motivational speaker and life coach. He is a retired US ARMY Combat Vet! JayR has been awarded the Bronze Star Medal, Combat action Badge and Numerous Army Achievement medals. He retired from the military in 2016 after being medically discharged. He started preparing for this newfound role long before it came to fruition by continuing his education, mentoring, and volunteering for various organizations. JayR serves as the President of Student Veterans of America at Keiser University. He is also a mentor at the Veterans Treatment Court and volunteer at the Homeless Veterans Program. Along with his new entrepreneurial ventures, Jayr has received his Associates degree and Bachelor Degree and will earn a master's degree in business administration from Keiser University in April of 2024 and will continue with a doctorate in business administration from Keiser in 2024

Very powerful message. This is what a true father looks like. Being open and honest with your child and setting expectations for them. Talking to them and not at them. And being real, if you don't know something, go look for it.
