You saved me so much time and frustration after I had started un hemming pair of pants. It took me an hour making such little progress using my method. I watched your video, and completed the rest of the process which was still the majority of it in about 5/10 minutes. THANK YOU 🙏🏻
I don't know how often you look at these comments. I am kind of new to crosstitch I don't know anybody else who does it so I don't know who to ask questions. I've done a few projects and picked it up fast I just bought one where the picture is 11.5 x 14.5 but the fabric that they gave me doesn't have much extra around the edges I don't know what size frame to get if I should get a smaller one and dent the picture or if 1.5 inches on each side is enough to roll around the scroll or snap frame. Also I looked at snap frames and it gives one size I don't know if that is the size that it is when it stretched out the most or when it's at its smallest I don't know if you know that I can't find the answer.
Hi! When the fabric I have is too small to fit into the frame I want to use, I have basted extra strips of fabric to the edges so that it can fit securely (either using a sewing machine or by hand with a long running stitch). Hopefully that helps if you aren't able to fit the project in the frame you end up using. I personally don't like using snap frames that snap over the stitching, but I don't think I've had one actually damaged from it. Small hoops though I use all the time covering the stitches, if you take it off the hoop between sessions it shouldn't get too dented or dirty that can't be easily washed and ironed when you're done. For the q-snap dimensions, unfortunately all of mine are mixed together from different sized sets so I don't actually know what the inner/outer dimensions of a new one would be; but the trick of extending your fabric should work there, too, if the one you end up getting doesn't quite have enough room to wrap comfortably. Good luck!
Thank you. This really helped me decide whether or not to get PC Stitch. I believe I will. Great video! Another great video would be to show how to get a pattern from PC Stitch to Pattern Keeper. Obviously, you wouldn't need it for Mario but a more complex pattern would need it.
I’m at 700 mb of storage. Every time I delete thousands of pics I refill it with thousands. I wish phones came with more storage but the only way to get a TB of storage is by ordering it off of the companies website.
If they are new, they will be pretty tight. They will loosen up a little over time. I like to slide mine off the end instead of trying to pull it over the way I snapped it on.
I kinda had the same outcome...I've been rolling the needle. But for me it's not working 😢 I use a bit cheeper threads because I'm making very small embroideries with lots if color, I rearly have matching color from oler projects and I keep buying and buying...and I'm not embroidering so often.... But I start to think that it's from the quality of the cotton 😢
OneNote is absolutely AWFUL. I've been struggling for hours to download a large 100mb notebook that I've used for years.. It doesn't even sync with my local OneNote, the Sync freezes or gives an error every single time. I'm never using OneNote again. As soon as I manage to open my notes, I'll move everything to Obsidian.
Holy crap I can't believe how incompetent Microsoft is. When I finally managed to sync the notebook, a large section of my notes was completely gone. I had just visualized some of them in the web app before trying to sync locally! The local sync failed and somehow this deleted the files from the online app too. NEVER use OneNote!!
This is one way of sorting, and I've done it myself, and it does work because you can identify bead patterns, but I recently discovered that it's much easier for me to scoop a small handful of beads into my left hand and then with my right hand just slide them off my fingertips according to color (and have them land into the box sorter.) Kind of like you would do with the conveyor belt that goes off different shoots. But I also do the picking out motion of identifying maybe all the reds or all the greens. I do a little bit of both depending on how many of the same colors are on my fingertips. Does that make sense? Have you tried that technique before? You can guess that last night my 16-year-old son accidentally knocked 2000 beads onto the floor and couch!😂 Thank heavens we have the perler bead vacuum. It's that little handheld device that just kind of rolls over beads and scoops them in. And we weren't even using perler beads. We were using round acrylics of 6 mm. But that definitely is a time saver. And for anybody else reading this somewhere down the line, you can also put a pair of nylon over the end of a vacuum hose and secure it with elastic and then just suction up small objects. I hope you're having fun beading... and more importantly, finding joy in being a mom! #motherhood #hardwork #No greater calling!❤ #the worldneedswomen🥰
That disappearing "Download" button confused me, too. For me it was a bit easier: I wanted to download a Notebook, that was shared via Sharepoint. When I was accessing the Notebook via my browser, on the very top there is the name of the Notebook. (Over "File", "Home", ...) Clicking on this, a little drop-down appears with the "Location" of the Notebook. It is basically a link to the OneDrive folder, where the Notebook is located. There you can select the Notebook it and click "Copy to" and copy it into another folder. This folder can then be downloaded as you pointed out.
Still works in 2023 thankfully! My university is doing a security upgrade and told us we would lose our one note accounts (to be replaced with a new more secure one). As a 3rd year (now going into 4th year) Chemical Engineering student I could not lose 3 years worth of study notes! Saved me!
