World War series was pretty natural, serious and "realistic", just replace plastic soldiers with human soldiers and you got meditative atmospheric gameplay in WWII setting. I love Army Men World War for serious and cold atmosphere.

I always found the relationship between 2, Armageddon, and World Party to be fascinating. They seem like the same game with minimal differences and additions, yet they released them as of they were brand new experiences each time. Today, these would simply be DLC or expansions to the same core game I would think.
