Thank you for making this recording available. I missed it. I learned a lot from this webinar even as a recording. It validated my understanding and enriched my appreciation for formal mentoring.
"Fear breaks the feedback loop." There are so many gems in this interview, but this quote really stands out. I struggle with the instinct to hit fear button when approaching feedback that is perceived as negative. I appreciate Tim's POV that fear reverborates and creates a banquet of consequences - this language creates a strong image in my mind. Thanks for this interview, Lisa!
What a great and inspiring interview! It certainly gives hope to the community and demonstrates how differences can aid and teach people how to work together when they focus on the greater good.

I found this webinar an insightful and informative piece of work in championing the importance of Mentoring. As someone who will be learning more about the mentor's journey, the biggest takeaway was that Cultural Competency can only grow on a foundation of safety and trust. Thank you Lisa for your valued contribution to Mentoring.
Great presentation Lisa! I enjoyed it. I chair our IFMA (International Facility Management Association's) Career Services Mentoring Program. Sorry I missed your other presentations. How can I view them? Thank you.
