I use 63 37 (eutectic), and it have it's transition time from molten to solid state. 60 40 won't have this issue.

Hi, black stuff is just 138c solder paste. The black color is due to the paste being old and sitting out on dirty metal square.

I have bent nozzle. The temp and air will need some adjusting. During this video I used bent nozzle. When I use straight nozzle I used less air.
