Large roof over hangs are beautiful and protect the doors, windows and siding from rain and moisture damage. Water is the enemy of buildings. Architects and home builders need to bring back large roof over hangs
Every home and business should install a rain water collection and storage system along with solar panels. Even in areas where rain is infrequent it is crazy to waste the little rain that does fall and waste it. We need to stop planting green lawns and switch to local native plantings around homes. It is crazy to plant lawns and build golf courses in dry desert areas. We waste too much water and electricity. the future is electric. Wind and solar energy along with electric vehicles are the future. Stop using fossil fuels. There is a climate crisis.

Very nice! Love the open floor plan. We have our own needs and ideals for our new home. We visited the area from Waxahchie this past summer, but we knew nothing about the area as we are fairly new to TX. We do desire a hillside view! Hope to come that way again soon. Thanks!
Thank you for your comment! I thought this pantry would be great for a baker. The shelves could be used as proofing shelves and the counter space for kneading bread. You are 100% correct, this pantry is not a "bakers pantry", but would be great for a baker and it is a pantry! LOL. :) I bet you're a baker! 🤠

@@libertywalkerselect On a $2M house that rate would be $36k/year. Extremely high. Currently I pay $16K/year for $1.8M house in the richest county in the country with highest per family income.
Liberty did an amazing job helping us find a house. We started our house search in Mueller, and Liberty was super knowledgeable about the area and well connected with the selling realtors in the area. When we got frustrated with the competitive buying experience in Mueller and the lack of availability, we decided to look at the Grove in Shoal Creek. Liberty helped us connect with the sales agent and helped us negotiate a price we were happy with at the time. Fast forward a few months and our house construction was getting very delayed and the prices around Austin started falling considerably. We asked Liberty to re-engage the sales agents at the Grove to see if we can get into something sooner and at a lower price. While they were willing to get us into a house sooner, they would not budge on the price. We decided to look at some resales in the Grove and found a house we absolutely loved. Liberty helped us get out of the existing contract so we could get the house we saw. While under contract on the house, we wanted to get a head start on sourcing materials for renovations. Liberty worked with the selling realtor to get us into the house several times to take measurements and walk through with different vendors to get quotes. My wife and I cannot recommend Liberty enough. She was incredibly patient and helpful during the home buying process. When we are ready to move again, we will definitely be working Liberty again.
Liberty Walker has truly been amazing throughout our 2022 home buying experience. I wish there were more agents like her and the Walker Group in today’s market. She was very responsive, insightful, and attentive when we needed questions answered or someone to check out homesites as we were relocating from California to Texas. I highly recommend Liberty and wouldn’t think twice about going with someone else, she is truly exceptional!
