I use to believe that shorts videos kills channel. I even made a video about it 🤦♀️ and stopped posting shorts for several months. Omo I learned the hard way oo with the way RU-vid is pushing shorts, I decided to be a beneficial of it so I started posting again and to be honest I regret stopping
Tbh most of the contents we see as different niches actually falls under one niche. Like some kinds of fitness, market vlog, cooking vlog etc all falls under lifestyle. But I 100% agree with you on not focusing on one niche
