Great interview! I have an issue with being consistent in the gym as well. I know what I need to do, I am just not consistent. I drink sparkling water for replacement of sodas because I love a carbonated drink. Branden questions for self reflection are great. The same questions my therapist have asked me. Discipline will lead to consistency, I am working on it.
