I have researched that johnson's baby gold shampoo is perfect for washing rather than GF, also Aloe Vera Gel is good for your donor area Where do you get your topical minoxidil + finasteride?
Good video... the only bummer Vera seems to be is, no actual Dr is involved with the implanting of the hair seeds, but techs are doing the really important part.
Hi bro. I'm going to Vera in three weeks. For the shampoo, what is the brand of it? Just wanted to research the ingredients and see if I can get anything similar at home in Canada. Thanks again, very helpful video
Salaam brother, im from london aswell. Im plannin to go for a hair transplant soon, im kinda scared, after seeing youtube videos and vlogs ive decided veera is on my list. I must say this video is very very helpful! Do you have update results?
Please note Vera Clinic is a hair mill. Minimal doctor involvement, mainly technician based. If you’re considering Turkey, please look at reputable doctor lead surgeries such as FUECAPILAR, Dr Bicer and Dr Pekineer. Remember, you’ve only got so many grafts, I wouldn’t trust them to a hairmill if you can.
@@Bobsan2023 yes I am aware it's a hair mill, it's a very well known reputable "hair mill" hence why im more than happy going there. I rather go to hair mill.
@@ruuman88really? How come? I’d honestly recommend you reconsider it man. You’re rolling the dice on your HT and what technician you are allocated that day. You will also run the risk of being over harvested which can be problematic for the future. Anyway, your hair, your call and good luck either way! (If it can sway you at all, check out what Now Hair Time (another mill) did to Cbum, it looks awful.
Why would you start finasteride *after* a hair transplant. You should be on it for at least a year *before* getting a transplant to see if you can get some regrowth beforehand. The transplant probably transected and destroyed some of the hairs that would have come back with finasteride.
Dude, some form of medication going forward, is a MUST. Otherwise, nature will take its course again and lose whatever you gained from the procedure. It looks good.
Great video mate very informative .im heading to Vera next month. I’m confused bout your hair though ? What part was transplanted? as your crown and temples look totally bald ?
Good question so I didn’t have my temples or crown down on the first transplant. I got the hairline and mid scalp transplanted. The plan was to go back for a second transplant at some point to get the crown done as I didn’t want to over harvest the donor area first time around
@@simplyabz Over harvest? I thought the harvested area doesn't grow back, so why would it matter if they took more hair now or in the future? Sounds like a waste of $$ if you don't do it all at once.
At the moment I tend to you the GF shampoo here and there still on the first bottle after almost 6 months but I mostly use Neutrogena T/Gel Therapeutic Shampoo as it helps with my sensitive scalp
That was a phenomenal video!!, very thorough both information wise and visually! I feel like you've hit a lot of details which people would like to know or even be curious about ! and production was amazing!!!!!! well done keep the vids coming 😎!!
This is exactly what I needed to see. 27mins and easy to digest. I've wasted hours watching v,logger series' on this. But this is a complete series in single episode. Thanks for this gem, think I'll go with VERA base package. In hindsight @SimplyAbz, would you have gone for the Stem cell package?
This is such an awesome video!!!! This seemed a lot more mental which were very self aware of and its amazing how you jumped from 5k to 10k in such a short space of time! very inspirational !! Congratulations P.s. production was super!!!! keep it going looking forward to the next!!!!!
What a great video! It makes sense what you say. Sometimes it’s good just to enjoy the ride and experience rather than solely focused on speed ect! I’m sure many will relate and could ignite some interest in riding again 😎 🚲 thanks for the great video!!!!

@@simplyabz I just got the new white pair today and they fit me very well like the older ones but I do have narrow feet. I think these fit me better than my Giro stylus tbh.
Disc brakes are brilliant for locking up the back wheel as I’ve found out and pros have too as for in the rain I found disc brakes not that much better but they do make a lovely noise
