Beautiful bike that profile view at 13:05- gorgeous, congratulations. I've always wanted to try an R1. Looking forward to see you grow with the bike. That's the thing I found with 1000's is how it's like your dad teaching you to play a sport and through time and practice you get better and eventually become better than your dad! Just a note- i upgraded the brake master cyclinder on my panigale to 19rcs corsa corta and they way you can adjust the bite point is insane. Word of advice- make sure it can all fit on your bar as I ran into that problem and check the button pod mounting if you're getting that in the future

@@mikey_moto_channel i picked up the bike! Amazing but it's experiencing some gaps after shifting up, when I start accelerating.. has it ever happened? Am i doing something wrong?
@@mikey_moto_channel I'm not even using the quickshifter, since it feels very heavy to shift up without the clutch (almost impossible). I'll bring the bike to the dealer tomorrow, see what they can do to fix it!
Exactly. But I am aiming to start running and riding bike. Have to get my cardio up. Cause I am gonna need it for my next surprise 😍 Same ones that last year. Just repaired after the fall. For the road I have 2 piece suit. For track 1 piece suit. Both RST with Inmotion airbags
@@mikey_moto_channel I've been a subscriber to Les Mills which is an exercise app it has a great mix of cardio, weight and flexibility training. It's out of New Zealand. For some reason i thought you wore 4sr gear as i've been thinking about checking it out. By the way, I picked up a ktm 890 smt this year. One reason this bike was on my list was from your reviews last year but it was not available in USA. Now in 2024 it is. Thanks for the time you put in these videos. You helped ktm make some $$ haha

ahoj..dakujem pekne :) priznam sa, ze k5tku mam 3 roky a este sa nestalo, ze by nenastartovala alebo ma nechala v stychu :) cize odporucam urcite...ako cista okruhovka je to super zaklad a zaciatok..velmi zalezi, aky mas skill set a z coho prechadzas..moznosti s cim zacat je viacero, ale naozaj zalezi na co si zvyknuty. no ochrana motora s ramom a okruhove kapoty su asi prva vec
Nice session Mikey, have to say I loved the editing skills also for the intro stuff, the slow motion and tranistions... those little quick fade to black transitions give a very epic feel. Was not too sure about the butt cam lol but saying that really interesting to see body position and corner prep. Great content as always.

It's always difficult with motorcycle riders. They expect a saddle. What scooters have is basically, a chair. If you want to eat dinner, you don't sit on a saddle. You sit on a chair. This is like sitting for dinner, except that you are moving over 120km/hr. As far as power goes, it has an engine that's originally in a motorcycle (Honda NC750X). If you have issues with its power, you have issues with the Honda NC750X motorcycle as well. What the X-ADV does which the big bikes can't is being an everyday ride that can go in way more places and terrains. You can't force a big bike to do that. Adventure bikes are also too bulky to go to certain places. It's a more versatile tool for people who do more than just ride fast on weekends.

Just gotta get the 600 mile service done then the system is going on, Bren Tune already in hand waiting to be flashed! Thinking BST full carbon wheels to finish it off!
Dude you do know this bike is 300cc and €3500 brand new with a 4 year warranty.... This is not your €25k Harley, so may be focus on what you get for the price and not your usual focus where you have premium brands to review going head to head... When you review a budget brand and say its like a premium brand it means its amazing.😂😂😂
