I would cleanse the needle and skin with alcohol before using it. Let it dry for 90 seconds. Don't use alcohol or hydrogen peroxide on wounds because it causes further damage and delays healing. You can use antibiotic ointment only for 2 days post treatment. More than that delays healing. Or spray some nano silver on the wound to prevent infection. Keep wound clean and post 2 days treatment, gently wash with soap and water to clean the wound. If you have overdone it and it bleeds, use a bandage to apply pressure and stop the bleeding.
I just zapped myself to death. I burn all my skin tags on my neck and under my chest. I hope I would not have to zap myself again. Do the skin tags and molds dry out and fall out ? How long does that take ? Can I use neosporin to help my skin to heal ? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I appreciate the video, but you didn't show how ro properly load the needle. That's the most important part as the fun will not work if not properly installed.

Not if you use a numbing cream. I ordered "Deep Numb" and waited 45 mins and remember to not let it dry out before the 45 mins are up, just keep applying the cream. NO PAIN!
