limiting mindset: there isn't enough time for anything. im not smart enough to study even if there was new mindset: there is more than enough time, i'll replace all of the bad, unproductive habits with productive tasks. burnout doesnt equal being not smart enough.
Limiting mindset: I don’t have the time, I’m too young, I’m not good enough New mindset: I can make the time to do what I love. I’m the perfect age. I don’t have to wait for nobody. I can get better if I’m not that good. I Can always improve if needed
Limiting mindset: I already have everything planned I’m gonna do this later or tomorrow, the day after New mindset: I’ll do it as soon as i can and stop pushing it to a new day

You can start to know, bit by bit No one wakes up knowing everything, you will have to start somewhere to learn You are 14, still very young and you will keep growing and learning as long as you want and as long as you work towards it so dw You can do anything you put your mind to, believe me Start with sitting with yourself and thinking about what you would like to learn and why What skills you are interested in acquiring Do your research, see how others have done it and alter their ways to fit your journey You have all the time in the world and you can make mistakes, it will only help you learn!
