As someone who cares too much for others, I often forget to prioritize self-care. 😂 That's why I'm watching these videos to learn. I draw inspiration from individuals like David Goggins and Bruce Lee. Their mental resilience serves as examples of surpassing human limitations. While I may not run for hours like David or train like Bruce Lee, my goal is to become smarter and learn something new every day. I acknowledge that I may not reach Koji's level of intelligence, but I'm confident in my abilities. I'm already smart and strong; I simply strive for more. 💪🏽
Important things to think straight • 6-6 rule: if thought you encountered will be not be of ur use after 6 month then only give it 6 minutes of ur time and them dont think about it again • Doom scrolling : don't scroll without thinking (recklessly) what ur seeing just to feel good and happy • positive affirmations: Never speak negative about urself • become anti-fragile : Control ur emotions and make ur mindset strong 💪🏼 • avoid excuses : It makes u weak and miserable in simple don't complain that u don't have gym equipment to workout or money to go to gym
