Awesome trip, love watching the families tear into them, I wonder if the sandies in N.Dakota taste different than the ones in Oklahoma, we wear them out but release them, we get some 3lbs, they are fun to catch, must be the cooler water up there. Love those dishes you guys made, my wife makes some good fish head soup when I bring home 10lb stripe bass, the head is the best part, the rest she pickles, just not our favorite fish the bass of any sort. Well, some people swear stripe bass are the best tasting fish, most of my friends don't even keep them either and they are white people! I guess if you can make a good recipe any fish will be delicious.
