All of that can be done in free version of Sketchup. If you're gonna pay for software, I'd go with Revit. It comes with latest Twinmotion, has the best scheduling tools, has the option for workshare on cloud or local server and you will avoid ifc exports since most structural and MEP designers also use it. And you have the biggest library of downloadable families from all manufacturers. If you use ArchiCAD, you will again need to download Revit families for interior design, but they will suck and be non parametric.
