There was a little white house and almost 72 years ago (July 29) I was born in Dr Robey's office. Now my parents lived in St Louis. But Mom and Dad went to his parents and was complaining about he couldn't afford 300.00 to pay for mom to have the baby in the hospital. So Grandma (his mother) tells Dad have mom deliver at Dr Robey's because he only charged 50.00. Well the laugh was Mom went into labor around midnight, so dad drives her all the way out there. I am born premature and they had to call the ambulance (in St Louis) and bring an incubator because i only weighed like 4 lbs! Thanks for the memory LOL
drove through it on my way to red bluff A part of me wants to drop what little I have here in st. louis and just ride the rest of my life there. Maybe it was the sunset lighting, maybe the calm. SUre its not a place for someone in their 20s, but once you hit middle age after (an objectively unsuccessful) grind of the city it just seems perfect.
@@McKinleyGriggsWell maybe thats something i could do for currency. Im a damn good cook. Get a gig at the dairy shack. Spent my life being debt free no one told me the caveats of zero credit.
I have had 3 deep tissue massages, all leading to extreme flu like symptoms. For me, the symptoms take 12-14 hours to show, after a massage, and continue for an entire 24 hour period. Dizziness, fever, chills, cold sweats, loss of appetite, sore throat, are all symptoms I have experienced. My highest temperature ever recorded after a massage was 103, which lead to hallucinations. I did not realize this correlation until I fell ill after a massage for the third time. All three massages were given by three different therapists in three different locations so counting out my experiences as coincidences, is not a possibility. I will never be willing to subject myself to that type of torture again for as long as I live. No more deep tissue!
Use a little ultra black permatex rtv on the side where it has separated i have a pair of theese im a fedex ground driver and have had theese shoes for over 6 months and I run practically all day long I've used the ultra black before to fix shoes and the stuff is seriously the best thing to fix shoes with they started separating on the second day of wearing them I did the old rtv trick on them and they haven't came apart yet they are very good shoes besides that I've went through a pair of Nike shoes in 3 months before just complete wore them out the soles were wore completely off all the way down to the insole basically and the sole one theese seems to be holding up pretty well..
It is not a town for the people, it's a town for the few well to do who want to look at it with rose colored glasses and keeps its false image as a peaceful haven. In order to keep its image, it fights back progress and expansion leaving the greater portion of its citizenry to do little more than scrape by. If it were for the people, it would bring in more jobs. Big fisted, small minded pride is an infection in Steelville.
All that can be true, however I believe you are what you make of yourself. Find a need fill a need. That being said due to the lack of a position for my first chosen career path I had to move away to seek something better for my family. 😁
I was a bit disappointed with this recipe. You wrote ingredients that was not added to the recipe which made me do extra prep for nothing. Your onion and garlic I bought and minced only to realize was not added. I could have just done it however, I wanted to follow the recipe as is. Also, the pound of beef was not enough so after I added all the ingredients I did not have enough meat sauce to fill the top layer. I could not believe that it was cream cheese used so I literally had to Google lasagna with cream cheese to see if it was correct. The cheese that she uses however does not look at all like cream cheese but I went for the Philadelphia version if you could add the version she uses that would be appreciated . I kept telling my husband "baby I don't know about this one, I don't think it's going to taste good," because I was having so many issues. Yet low and behold, I take it out the oven then immediately cut a piece. It is honestly one of the best I've tasted so far. Only issue is I did not have enough sauce, and I like my lasagna meaty. So, if I ever make this recipe again I'll have to adjust to fit. Thanks so much for sharing with us tho. But if you read this, please recheck your grocery list 👌
Everything listed was in the list and shown, we did not specify how much of each individual ingredient because as you said you like yours more meaty so add more meat 😉 that was for sure cream cheese and is what we have been using for years I assure you. I am so happy you enjoyed it though! 😁
@@McKinleyGriggs The one onion and two cloves of garlic, I watched it several times but did not see where she added it, except for the spice version of both. I had to watch it again just now for the diced tomatoes to see that she did indeed put one can. But the cream cheese what brand is she using, cuz it ain't what I bought 😂
Yes they did have a problem with the glue were it connects to the shoe and the sole. Not that you should have to do this, but what I did was bought some shoe goo and put it back together.
I have seen nothing but bad reviews on these shoes the glue that they use seem to be extremely weak. I always wear Jordan’s or Nike Dunks, worn a pair of dunks for 2 years everyday, and never had any problems whatsoever except now that they are old the rest of the shoes of getting worn down like from normal everyday wear. Reason I even commented was because I was just about to buy a pair of PF Flyers and have seen everything from strip separation to bottom of the soles separating. Wish their was better glue to hold the shoes together cause I can’t waste 50$ for a pair of shoes that will only last 6months, that’s just crazy short amount of time for a shoe to last.
I agree I do wish they would have made them with better glue. The shoe is very comfortable and I like the style but the performance is lacking. If you do decide to go with these and the glue does start to give away, you can put them back together with shoe goo, you can get this glue at Walmart. Thanks for the comment!
Omg I have never made lasagna cause I was never a fan until today thank yall for sharing. My husband loves it. lasagna is one of his top 10 favorite food and I've been with him for 4 years and I never made it cause I never like it but the way yall made it look so good I had to try it and now I love it . Thank yall !!
Really it is ideal to get it in anytime through the day, protein synthesis takes place through the day. So unless you are in a huge calorie deficit, you should have enough proteins to repair broke. Down muscles.
Good grief! Is there nothing fresh in this dish? Everything is out of a package or can. It looks great and it probably tastes wonderful but the salt and preservative content must be off the scale.
That may be the BCAAs in this particular product is 2:1 which’s not much at all and creatine can be found naturally in most meats, I think this is their approach. Most items you get from Aldi’s is of a good quality. There are so many protein products on the market it is hard to tell which are bad and which are good anymore. Unless you own the facility where the product is made. I trust Aldi and their products so I trust the protein to be at the best quality that they can make it.
