Oh man Idk why but youtube just showed your video and i dont regret to click on it. I had a rough journy. I lost 30kgs (~60lbs) of fat through 1.5 years of dieting basically walking and minimal additional workout. That was a year ago. Now i gained 6kg back and I dont know why but now its so struggling to achive any progress. But your video just hit me right time right place. Your before after is just encouraging. thank you for sharing it I hope I can do the same.
Hour ago , i was about thinking to eat something and felling depressed about my results , i started 38 days ago and i don't see much change on my scale or my shape , and i just bought some food and i told myself just wait one more hour maybe you will not need to eat , and your video come across me , i want say thanks for giving me the hope and the time to think about my goals and be happy for what i get now, thanks a lot
@@MohamedElshafiy I’m happy this could help! It’s tough to keep things going forward but keep thinking long term and keep the consistency and progress will come
I can't find time to go to gym. All i can do is doing cardio workouts for 30 minuets. I don't eat junk foods and sugar or anything contain sugar. Can i lose my fat?

Very motivational. Currently on day 71 of a 75hard challenge and trying to figure out to keep this going for more weeks and months. It feels like the last 10 weeks just primed the pump and now I need to kick it into high gear. But its amazing how long this takes.
Thanks for sharing your story. I’m 49 years old and not big into lifting weights. I’m doing 1 hour of hot yoga in a studio twice a week and 45 minutes of yoga at home every other day. I also walk my dog for I hour total per day. I quit alcohol (and pizza!) a month ago. I’m at around a 500 calorie deficit. I’m down from 199 lbs to 192 so far. I’m fine with losing around a pound per week until I hit my target weight, I’m just not sure what my target should be. The BMI calculators say I should be down to 160 for a normal weight at 5’8” but that seems kinda low (even without try to build excessive muscle mass)
You must've saw those criticizing comments on your spiderman suit showcase videos. Im sorry they were so harsh to you. You made nice progress there, I respect that.
Lost 25lbs in a month and a half by just eating every other day (whatever and how much I want), and walking 15k steps a day. One thing my buddy told me who was very fat at one point: 15k steps you’ll lose weight, 20k is fuck you money.
Kind of my physique now. Cut sugars and other garbage at the end of July and started working out again and idk my body changed shape in just a month. I am gonna make a home gym and smash it for the next 6 months.
Great video! Good information …When you plateaued & uped your calories … 1. About how many more calories did you up it by and for about how long? How did you do that? 2. When you went back into deficit eating again, was it back eating the same way you had been? 3. Did you continue to work out the same during that period of time when you upped your calories? Thanks
body weight x16. did that for about 4 weeks take body weight x12 when upping calories the goal is to increase metabolism so you don't need to change anything, but youll see your lifts improve
