I love Schaller's work and it's so fun to see these demos. Having said that, I'm not sure I understand the dark boats. The light he saved on the buildings - wouldn't the light shine on those boats too?

I started to watch thinking I’ll watch for 10-15 minutes and finish it later… wishful thinking 😊. Here I am an hour later sitting mesmerised in front of my screen. I had a blockage for more than a year. Didn’t feel like painting. The more I watch your videos the more inspired I became and low and behold I managed to get rid of my straight jacket and play with colours again. I’m not going to be the next master painter but I’ve learned to enjoy every minute of the process. I owe a lot of this to you so, at the risk of repeating myself, thank you, thank you…
Smashing!! A disdainful approach to really having at W. C. I giggled as the red was slapped down sort of on the target with splashes radiating out. Looked like absolute joy! The branch used as a writing tool scribbled over the top reminded me of little boys playing in the mud, and an art professor I will never forget ( accept his name). Done with verve. Fun.
