Thanks for the awesome content . I have receipts/invoices that are coming in email as HTML, not attachments and include tables. Is it possible to use this trained model on the email body ?
Hi, thanks for watching! I believe what you are looking for is covered in this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-cA2tW1xmEjU.html&t But if that doesnt work for you, let me know.
@@jibbsautomations hey, thank you for such a quick response. I have successfully used the video you mentioned to extract unstructured text, but the current scenario that I'm trying to solve has large tables. How would you train this ai model to handle table extraction? Or is it possible to use the document processing to extract from mail body instead of a pdf file ? Thank you
Could you please suggest me ? How to Create New Excel File with particular Excel Template and then ,it should drop in Particular SharePoint Site Folder
Hi, thanks for posting. I am not sure exactly how what you're asking would work, but I am developing new flows involving a lot of SharePoint actions, so I will have more content related to Excel files and folder actions within SharePoint soon.
Hello im fan of your videos keep on! 1 question is posibility to get of seccion on TASK information i need make alerts but with using task like from log activity? thanks
For sure, there's no single solution that encompasses everything we need for approvals. I think Microsoft can improve a lot in this area. Thanks for watching!
For some reason nothing is showing when I do split body text. I run a test but it's giving me a value of n. I think the email is in a table instead of raw text. What should i do?
Hi, i receive mails from customers who have queries about 2-3 products sometimes 50 products so they write the product numbers and product name in the email body. Can we extract this list too along with other information like customer id, email, time received??.. Waiting for reply
Yes, you can definitely create a prompt to extract those details, following the example used in this video. Or, if there is consistancy in the format of the emails you are receiving you could instead use a flow like this one to extract the data: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-0Tsb_BMuwpw.html Hope this helps!
That's a great question. Retrieving case record details can be tricky, because there is so many related objects it can be difficult to find the fields you are looking for. I've personally never tried to get email details from a case record, but this is one I have a personal interest in. I'll let you know what I find out. In the meantime, you may want to post in Community about this! Thanks for watching!
Hi, can you clarify your question? You can modify the json payload from the adaptive card editor, you don't have to use the drag and drop feature. Then you simply follow the rest of the steps shown in this video for adding the post adaptive card action. Let me know how it goes!
Hi, thanks for watching. I've never tried that before, but it sure would be useful. I'll look into it, but in the meantime, try posting in Community about this. I'll follow up here if I figure something out.
You can skip the mapping to table and put the responses directly into an email, yes. But I believe you would still have to insert the values one by one into the email.
This is exactly what I was looking for, Thanks a ton! Quick question - is it possible to do the reverse? What I mean is I want to send an email from Pardot whenever a record is created in Power automate sheet.
@@jibbsautomations Sure! So basically my client currently uses Power automate to send a survey e-mail via Outlook to all the prospects who had registered a complaint. This happens via an excel sheet which contains the contact info of all the prospects. My client now wants to use power automate to send these emails via Pardot. So as soon as the Excel sheet gets updated with a new contact information it should automatically trigger a survey email to that prospect via Pardot. Is this possible???
@@abdimahamed2431 I haven't worked much wth SharePoint lists. You may want too post in Community and share your existing flow screenshot - might get some good suggestions over there.
Hi, try adding the action Add a Row Into a Table and then add in your extracted data (after using a get data action, connector depending on where your data is stored)
IMHO this is not very helpful, since you're using excel data to create excel data. As soon as you wan't to use other data (from an sql query for example), problems start since "Create file" creates broken files.
Hi, thanks for posting. If you haven't already, I recommend posting for help in Community, as that way we can see screenshots of your flow. All the best!
