There are few people that were truly born to play a role so far into their future, you look back and realize that character's existence was tailor-made for them. Ryan and DP were one of those combos.
Every time I see Ryan I think of this show. From back in the 90s. It was the show that came on when I came back from school in those days. But most people just talk about Deadpool. Which is a cool movie by all means. But yeah. The pizza place series is really what's stuck with me.
I love sitcoms about male slobs cos its so relatable. I am male and you will take any possible short cut to not haveto do something that takes more effort.
Ryan Reynolds has been perfecting his craft for years. Even back then with this absolute gem of a series, he was doing things differently. Breaking the 4th wall when so many other shows couldn’t do it. It’s great to see Ryan get the acclaim he deserves. The supporting cast were awesome too, but Berg was just so strong.
Gene Roddenberry's Andromeda is a very good science fiction TV series. Not the best in history, but at least a very good story. Excellent premise. Excellent cast. From the creator of Star Trek Gene Roddenberry, he proved he did other good stuff after Star Trek. Developed by Robert Hewitt Wolfe. Starring Kevin Sorbo as Captain Dylan Hunt, Lisa Ryder as Beka Valentine, Gordon Michael Woolvett as Seamus Harper, and Lexa Doig as Andromeda, it's a more apocalyptic vision of the future of humanity, with a hope fior better days far ahead as the Commonwealth became reconstructed, leading to a more glorious time for humanity in outer space and in other worlds. Excellent special effects. Better than Stargate Atlantis, Gene Roddenberry's Andromeda is still one of the good TV series of the 2000s.
