I commenced filming my holiday runs in 2018. I wanted to remember what I saw and what it felt like in those locations. I soon after decided to share those and other routes with the world. I am an Australian based creator in his 50s residing near Bundaberg, Australia.

This is as close to your beautiful country that I'll probably get. Thank you for bringing this to the www, what a great workout! And yes, I met my goal!
Unfortunately no. Some want natural sound, while others perfect music or audio books. I find most videos I run to have music that is not my taste at all. I like music with guitars - Foos, Bush, 5FDP etc. So I leave the music choice to you.
Hello, I am Korean. I found out about C25K exercise while looking for exercise to improve my physical strength. I am so happy to see this guide video of the coolness and I will work out referring to this video with my friends. Thank you so much.
As a no professional person you should direct this to your physio to study you running stride. Alternatively James Dunne on YT has a wealth of knowledge.
Hi, glad you enjoyed it. Waikiki is definitely a location I wish to return too both to vacation and run. At the time this was completed at an ‘easy’ 5:00 min/k pace. Thanks for taking time to comment.
Great videos, well shot. They make my 3 weekly treadmill runs so much more enjoyable, running around places I've never been to, far from here in London. Thanks!
Hi, I’m glad you enjoy them. I edit them to feel like two mates are exploring a near location. Sometimes they are the first time I’ve run the route myself. Hopefully there will be some new videos posted soon
I’m glad you enjoyed the video. Expensive compared to the local market but cheap compared to other Queensland costal locations. I’m happy to be a 10 min drive away
It’s been one of my favourite places to complete an easy run for the last 30 years. I’m glad you’re enjoying the channel and working your way through the videos. Thanks for supporting the channel

Cuidarse. Miguel Hola Maria, One of the most enjoyable parts of this RU-vid experience is discovering the locations around the world where people are enjoying the videos. Mexico City is a long way from Australia but we both know Hawaii is a beautiful place. When I watch videos myself i like to know where i am headed (arrows) and what I am looking at. I am glad you enjoy the comments. Thank you for supporting the channel each day and taking time to comment. Take care. Michael
Glad the channel could help. It is a beautiful place to live. The unofficial ‘locals’ motto for Innisfail is “if you skip doing something because it’s raining you’ll never get anything done”.
Merci.
Hi, glad you enjoyed the video. Sydney is a great place to exercise. As a teenager I can remember the area as a working port. It’s great to see that the planners are combing the harbor with urban living
Hi, thanks for commenting. I’m glad I could bring back fond memories. I’m glad the arrow helped. I try to limit them to necessary points. You may enjoy the run from Coogee to Bondi Beach as well. Take care
Hi, great to read you’ve jumped into week two of the program. That is recorded at one our local Parkrun locations. You’re not conveying anything positive about the February weather in the UK.
This is the way a treadmill run video should be! Outstanding editing and communication as well as good runners etiquette. I wish more treadmill channels would understand what the runner is going through the way you do. The red arrows are actually super helpful and make for a stress free run. Giving me info as we run is super cool and helps share about your country. This is by far the best Virtual Treadmill channel on RU-vid.
Hi, I'm glad you enjoyed this run as well. Perfect weather and not too many people; it would have been an injustice not to share! Except for the Opera House forecourt being closed I really enjoyed creating this video on the day. The arrows are my universal language to get ready for a change of direction. I guess their inclusion indicates I run to videos on the treadmill myself. I'm glad you found the info useful; I was worried there was too much. When I go for a vacation run in a new location I want to know what I'm looking at. You're too kind with your accolades, I'm glad people watch them. Regards,
@@TreadmillPack Your arrows are really good idea, and your little messages that pop up break the monotony of the treadmill too. Thanks for making the effort that others don't, it makes running on a treadmill a lot safer not having sudden changes of direction.
