I feel terrible for the lady with chicken pox. When my twins were just babies all 3 of us got chicken pox. The calamine lotion in the states is pink and watery. I covered us in the stuff in between oatmeal baths. Terrible experience
I really really don't need it and I'm on pretty much a permanent low buy. I'm weakening by the hour, though 🙃 it's easily a week's housekeeping money just to decorate my eyes -that hardly anyone sees apart from my cat... By heck. I LOVE IT If you get it I'll get it then we can compare and discuss ! X
@lesleyfield1954 I don’t have too many cool toned palettes, it’s definitely on my wishlist . I’m going to wait till Black Friday though till my no buy is over and go to boots to pick it up it will be cheaper . I think it’s only £29 anyway which isn’t too bad for Huda , I did think about getting it as a congratulations on the new job but I don’t want to bring my emotions into purchasing , that is what got me into trouble . I’ve had a conversation with myself and told myself I can only bring in palettes that will add value to my collection and I believe this will . Don’t feel you have to buy it though Lesley just because I am , I agree makeup is very expensive.
I know what you mean ❤although it's a bit spendy (a bit 😮) I think I will use it. Maybe I might actually make an effort to go out more if I'm wearing those colours. Like a kind of confidence boost ? I'm in a terrible rut right now and it's not good for me x

Thanks Morag , I just hope the job doesn’t fall through , the pre-employment checks are still going through . I called and they didn’t seem to think there was any problems in me starting on Monday
Oh I’m sorry Angie , I know more than most how difficult it is . I was job hunting constantly applying for 40 jobs a fortnight at least over the last couple of years . Rejection after rejection. Something will turn up hopefully sooner rather than later
I love the difference in our language and learn so much about your side of the world by hearing you say things:) when you say sturdy brush, I say dense bristles :) I just picked up the newest huge fluffy powder brush from RT and will open it soon and see how it feels and share that with you just in case you are curious at all / thanks for sharing the pack w me's I enjpoyed them
Your probably using the correct terminology Michelle , I just make my own up lol . I’ve found this very brush on eBay it came in a set that is why I can’t find it so I’ll repurchase at the end of the month . I’ve seen other powder brushes from real techniques and even have some of my own and they aren’t the same

The color of your shirt looks nice with your eyeshadow colors. Did you do that on purpose? I never match my eyes to my clothes. Mostly because I'm either in a nightgown, robe or dark work shirt for the hotel or blue scrubs for my second job. Sometimes I will wear a red shirt or something if I go out with the family. I've just never thought about matching my makeup to my clothes. I don't wear bright eye colors often but maybe I should try to do a whole look.
Thank you so much Angie , yeah I try and match my eye look to the top that I’m wearing , I never used to do that and can’t always it just depends on what colour eyeshadow I’m wearing . I would love to see you go out of your comfort zone and wear brighter eyeshadows then you would normally . It’s fun and remember it all washes off 😂
