Listing to this song reminds me of when she loved me then some “cool and nice friend” she met on Snapchat so she adds me, him, and herself to a new group chat and he said you cute shawty she sends a pic of her nudes to him and fuckin leaves me after my dad just died from Covid and some hoe tries to cheer me up bye offering nudes I say hell no I want love not fucking nudes or sexual talk I want someone to spend time with I want someone to make memories with I want someone that I can trust I want someone that I can love I want love I want someone to love me for who I am I want to feel the same loved feel that my mom gives me or my dad to get to say his last I love you to me instead of “I’m scared” 2 visits before he died.. I didn’t even get to see him one more time before they called us to tell us that they put all the machines on 50% because they don’t know how much time he has left. Well scratch off that visit Because 5 minutes before we were going to see him and we just got ready to see him they called and told us he died… my 22 year old brother, my 17 year old brother, and me broke down on the floor hugging each other tight and cried it hurt to see my dad say “I’m scared” it hurt to see my brothers cry. So no, anything but love won’t cheer me up, whenever I’m mentally breaking down and you try to get me to listen to you about your day, I . WILL . I was feeling like shit today and I was feeling better and then suddenly a rush of emotions cam over me, I don't know why and I just started cry. Now I'm sitting on the bathroom floor crying.

To the people who are trying to shift dw you WILL shift soon this is ur sign everyone’s journey is different DONT give up ur comfort characters are waiting for you don’t keep them waiting <3 trust me u will get there soon tips:don’t try shift everyday try shift 2-3 times every week try different methods but don’t consistently switch try to master that one method. Try shift during the day. Dw it’s impossible to get stuck in ur DR if u forgot to script a safe word/action dw about it when u want to come back just say in ur dr y/n wake up till u wake up:). Script that u and ur loved ones don’t die. If u die in ur dr u won’t die in ur cr u will just wake up. Btw u may now shift on the 1st try it could take days,weeks,months Evan years. Signs that u are close to shifting: during the day:feeling tired, feeling out of place when u wake up in ur cr and u feel like ur not supposed to be here. While trying to shift: getting the urge to move, to hit or to cold/shivers and sweating seeing flashing lights hearing voices from ur DR feeling like ur floating 1/2
I have never felt safe around my family, so at night when everyone is asleep is the only time I feel like I can let all my emotions pour out. This audio helps so much with that. When I listen to it I usually imagine telling my younger self that "it's okay" and that "someday I'm going to be with you" to make me feel less alone. It's a process, but every night that I just cry it out I feel like it gets a little better.
My mum always said that home and school are the two places everyone should feel safe and sometimes people aren’t as lucky as us I feel so sorry that u don’t feel safe around ur family and know I cant help u physically but just know that there is always a way out
