The company Mectron Medical Technologies, based on the Ligurian Coast in Italy, has been founded over 25 years ago by two engineers, who today still are the active company owners. Almost from the very beginning, Mectron was dedicated to the development and the production of technologically advanced dental products on a realistic price level. This concept seems to meet a real market need as the company has been continuously growing over the years and is nowadays exporting to over 70 countries in the world. In the Carasco headquarters, almost 100 employees in R&D, manufacturing and administration are contributing to this success story.

Mectron is offering products for preventive and restorative dentistry, as well as for oral surgery.
These different treatment fields are basically covered with the following product ranges: the Piezosurgery® line, ultrasonic scalers, air polishers and curing lights.
