Question: When this UCC is filed along with the SA and Promissory note(notarized) - becoming a "Public Record" who actually views this information? Credit agencies? Exp. Equi and Transunion? Dont they actually scower "Public Records" and then report those public records?
Can I use that to claim my property cuz I'm not on the note and they're trying to foreclose on me and I've got over 200,000 and collateral they're they're balance is not right cuz they're saying I owe $9,000 less than I owed 22 years ago. So I paid three times with the loan was for I don't know why they can't stop and give me my house or why to keep adding more money to it. I mean when you're discharged from and I didn't want to be my lawyer messed up I specifically said I didn't want to be have my mortgage in the chapter 7 and he said oh you just have to list it that you know everything you have and he filed it didn't tell me about her for me anything nothing 7 years ago so. So now my credit is ruined because neither the mortgage company has not been for 7 years reporting my mortgage. And neither is the other mortgage company that I have now that they sold me to while I'm forbearance. They're saying I haven't paid mortgage since last January and 23 and I've been paying it for the last 7 months and I was undeferral twice I'm still really sick I have black fly disease it is really gross and terrible and I had to rent out some of my house in order to pay cuz I had used to work part-time these people treat me like trash cuz it looks like I never paid my mortgage I don't know I explained it to them and they still treat me like trash very disrespectful good debt collector they made sure they told me that while I'm forbearance which is illegal and I haven't in writing

If a Trust is filed under UCC, the UCC has control over it. The Trust must be a Private Irrevocable Trust to stay private and outside the jurisdiction of the courts.

I can file grievances about all of them and what about Experian because they won't delete WF. TransUnion because Wells Fargo never reported that I paid since 2017. At my credit is up there like 6:40 but it is supposed to be 7:40 and then it dropped a little bit cuz of experience not taking Wells Fargo off. See I had to print all of the reports and payments for since 2017 for Wells Fargo and said I'm going to the transunion and they said they heated Wells Fargo right off of my Transunion. So I want to see all those people like all those those three Banks I don't know whether I should go to Freddie Mac the owner of the loan or go to the services but each service or did stuff to me you know I haven't been able to get it even a credit card since 2017 and and I didn't even know them anything like they discharged me from it but I wasn't even behind they didn't lose any money. So anyway I went up forbearance when they shut everything down and locked us up and I lost my part-time job and I'm on disability full-time but I couldn't go back to work my position was filled by somebody else apparently and I had a lot of illnesses big time at 8 doctors. I was on forbearance from 2020 for 18mths, they put the balance on the back of the womb like a deferral I was still not able to return to work but I did receive an HAF grant. Will the HAF person from wayfinders in the area where I am she screwed up and didn't pay the $10,600 and won't pay it cuz she said we already paid it I said you only paid 3 months to get me up to Park I said you know I couldn't go back to work and you didn't pay the $10,006 well I looked for paperwork and printed it up and they were definitely supposed to pay that that. Put consumer complaint in. I got response today just excuses and denial. Told me that the HAF girl only asked them for the how much to make me current. I was not allowed to be on the calls. That was Wells Fargo's disability to tell her about everything that I owed especially the amount. Have the HAF woman a mortgage statement, I did point it out to her. So they spent $7,000 & $300 water bill and that's it and I got ripped off $43,000. I sent letters, emails, messages I've been calling. 2nd time for a home assistance loan they didn't give it to me because WF . offered me I'm on vacation after they said they were going to

The security agreement is not sent with the UCC-1 to the department of state of your state your filing in the security agreement is sent to 3 other states after your UCC-1 is correctly in the system after you filed it and downloaded it from the department of state back to yourself you take all the UCC-1 paperwork you downloaded then you put the security agreement with the newly downloaded UCC-1 paperwork you got back from the department of state and print out 3 forms of the UCC-1 and 3 forms of the security agreement and mail all 3 printed out forms of paperwork out to 3 different states all sent out certified mail
