Hello, football managers! I'm RDF Tactics, an FM content creator and aspiring football analyst/scout. This channel is your premier source for Football Manager, tactical analysis, and FM Tactics. This channel is not just a destination for virtual football gurus but also a bridge between the digital and real football worlds. With a background at Dinamo Tbilisi, my experience in the beautiful game spans from the virtual pitch to the real one.
I love how he didn't do much as a United manager with a really good team only the defence had to get some work done Alex Telles was a big liability in defending and Maguire had a mistake in him other than that we had a Front 4 of Cr7,Bruno,Rashford and Greenwood we had newly signed Sancho and Cavani on the bench as a super sub Pogba was behind Bruno aswell De Gea making important saves i had belief in Ralf Rangnick but the defence was so bad we conceded so many goals he could've been a really good Manager for us if he didn't have him as a caretaker but I'm not regretting much because we have a gem of a manager in Ten Hag now.
I was using some weaker team a while back to see if I could beat man city, so I skipped to the game and saved before. Tried many strategies with reloading the game. Surprisingly I randomly thought about this by using right side aggressive and left side counter attack. So this exact formation is what I use vs them in all my saves and win most games
Using this in my current long term save building a club using the RB recruitment model and style of play I was previously using the nagelsmann tactic doing well however since switching we’ve gone up another gear … great work as always
Obviously, you're going to be swamped with requests from Euros and Copa teams at the moment. I would like to throw a request out there, though. Yes for FM, but also for the actual breakdown you do. Id like to see an attempt at Georgia. Theres like no analysis on them out there for some reason and you are very good at explaining things in a way thats easy to understand. All good whether it happens or not, love your work.

The biggest Problem Vince will have are the grey eminences in the background. Afaik the Olise Transfer has not been confirmed and there is word that those i mentioned are not happy not being involved as heavily in the transfer doings, namely ito and Olise. Would not suprise me if in the end they do not signe olise but chris Führich, because FC Bayern Deutschland and nobody is allowed to do different than the senile old... whatever. In theory this could be beastly, especially because however you wanna put it there is a significant "Skillgap" or "Quality gap" between Bayern and the rest, that the relegated Burnley side in the Championship actually works better as a comparison than the Prem version. Regarding transfers, i would love to see Zubimendi, but Onana would be okay, he is younger and i would think Vince could impact him greatly form Belgian to Belgian. When it comes to the offensive "rotational option", i know i am under the impression of the Euros, but Mikautadze would be the perfect accompanying piece for Kane and especially as a great rotational/first sub option, somewhat of a Muller replacement if you want but one that can actually stop the ball :D
