Long term consumption of exceed quantity of juice may leads gastrointestinal bleeding ( capillary bleeding in stomach) Consumption of bottle gourd juice is restricted for the people who has stomach ulcers It is always safe to use different types of juices instead of sticking to the only one type of juice for long term
