Hi I have a 2332 deskjet hp usb printer which i connected via usb 3.0 to my asus 68u. When i click on usb 3.0 i can see the printer. But when i click to usb printer server there i cant see my printer. Only option is to download for windows but i have a mac. What do i do? Hello! I wanted to ask, do you have any ideas on why my router's 3rd band is connecting and then disconnecting? My device's will connect and then disconnect to my 2nd 5g band, and sometimes when they connect its with no internet. Do you know why this may happen? Also, this wifi issue has happened across multiple routers, but i have gotten no help from anyone.

Hi I can’t turn off WPS or change band width to 2.4ghz only on my guest channel? I spoke to vodafone via chat but everytime you speak to an agent you get a different answer. The drop down is light grey and can’t change in basic or expert setting. Any ideas? Thanks
I bought the Asus ET12 Pro recently and it's been the most expensive mistake I've made! The system is extremely unstable and crashes if any of the protection features are switched on! The reviewer (same as a lot of others) clearly doesn't test these systems long enough so he wouldn't know about this issue. I'm now stuck with going back and forth with Asus support trying to get a full refund. Asus support aren't even able to understand why this keeps happening due to the very poor error reporting of this router. It doesn't even generate any logs when the crash happens! Stay well away from this system!
I have been using mine for well over a year. Your sounds faulty if protection features are switched on and it crashes, normally a firmware update or factory reset does the trick. Sorry you had to go through the stress of it not working.
Installed a new Asus gaming router yesterday really happy with the speed and it’s working well however, I am trying to do exactly what you showed here with openvpn/nord however, my router settings page will no longer load in my browser and said cannot be reached. Do you know why this would be and how I can get into my settings page? Thanks
Make sure you’re not connected to any vpns or anything that can tamper with your internet settings that could be the reason you can’t access router settings
This will depend on your internet company. As with my old ISP Vodafone (cityfirbe) I had to keep there modem. But with the new company I can replace the ISP modem. Hopefully you can just replace your ISP modem.

Have you tried using the Asus router app and factory resetting it from there and make sure not to restore the settings as this may bring the issues you was having before with them.
I ended up returning the router to Amazon after ASUS suggested I send it to them for repair. I'll try to purchase another one after Amazon credits my account

Did you ever have any WiFI drops within your 5GHz band? For some reason sometimes during the day it will randomly drop. I just changed the channels to ensure there was no conflicting with other Wifis in the neighborhood. But any other tips would be appreciated?

If you have the main router supports Guest Portal and you aimesh it to a asus router that doesn't support Guest Portal will the Guest Portal ssid broadcast to the routers that doesn't support Guest Portal or only to the main router? Example: AX86U Pro as main and 3 AIMesh AX86U(NOT Pro) Nodes?
Hi, this might be a dumb question because I’m still wrapping my head around all this networking stuff. I have just bought 2 Amplifi Alien routers and planned to use the Vodafone router as a modem only. Unfortunately the VF router does not support bridge only / modem mode. In this video though you seem to be able to just remove it from the equation altogether. I was under the assumption a modem would still be needed. Does your router have one built in? Or can I skip the modem altogether. Sorry if this is dumb Edit - potentially have answered myself. Appears fibre ONTs have a modem so should be able to connect directly to a router?
