I WAS THERE! I pulled up in my 2001 Pontiac Aztek with no muffler, and wanted the $28.99 oil change special. They all stood there staring at me while the dude in the back said "get that POS out of the drive bay, it's ruining the shot!". The real service guy told me they only service Buick. True story.
Somebody from this company used my information to buy a car what kind of stuff is this? you guys need to fix this issue before I take it far I will not play about my credit and I will not stop until it's fixed bunch of thieves I will drag you to court or something will happen I promise you. I don't think it was right to seal up the puppies in those envelopes, much less leave them under the seat of the car. What if the owners never retrieved them and just left them under the seat?
Why doesn't Buick export cars to Europe. At least I've never seen a Buick on a European street! Too bad actually! Besides Ford, there are hardly any American cars in Europe. On the other hand, I actually see all the time German cars in American Hollywood movies!
I believe the reactions were real, but there is no way these perfectly positive and well-dressed "customers" just showed up in their perfectly shiny cars. Clearly, there was a hiring process and these people were provided a car and told how to dress.

Watching this sub par video made me realize, much of this shoe was just fancy camera work. It all makes sense now...and as a photographer, I must say, they have some really nice and super expensive cameras. 0:06
They should have brought some puppies meant to be adopted so they could try to get them adopted and return the ones not adopted here to be adopted later. Why tell people the puppies are theirs?
I personally love owning a Buick. I have a 2015 Buick Verano that is the best car I have ever owned. The only problem I have with Buick is they do not make cars anymore but these ugly things.
When the real customers find out they can't keep the puppies that they instantly fell in love with, they all got to feel the true meaning of owning a Buick, utter disappointed and sadness....😎
