Epi 1:1000 IM. You should assist her ventilations with a BVM since her respirations are more shallow. CPAP is contraindicated in AMS which she is because she is lethargic.

The doctors didn't gave any of these readings/numbers but my dad's blood pressure after TBI is staying in 90/65-100/75. He is already a cardiac patient and on blood thinner 81mg and anti-platelets 75mg, statin 40mg. Can you please suggest what should we expect his blood pressure to be in this state and in above mentioned state, what future issues can occur ? And if possible how can we avoid those issues? What should we ask doctors to get clear picture of his brain and heart condition?
