I got my s6 lite tab wifi and activated device and it’s been 72 hours since delivery but when I am trying to check I am eligible option and entering the serial number it’s saying device not eligible for the redemption . I even talked to customer support they told your device is eligible for offer . Plz help
Ok I wanna know that when should the offer actually available like 72 hours after device activation or 72 hours after registering the device online. I hope u understand what I am saying! See I registered my device on 4 nov 2021 and it’s been more than 72 hours from that process so I think it should work now
