Theres 2 absolutely mind blowing things about Dreams:- 1. After 30+ years, true creative power now exists on consoles!!! 2. It was a complete commercial failure... Says a lot about the piss poor state of this industry/market.
Im a creator on dreams as well, your game looks great but my advice to u is to bring the world to life its to stagnant no breeze blowing the trees, no moving clouds create a moving sun an moon with birds flying in the sky make a day an Night cycle, bro im not hating on u im just giving u some advice to improve on your game, go check out my Deadpool game on dreams it's in development, it's called Deadpool the game, it has all the things i mentioned plus much more such as weapons like Wolverine claws guns knive swords, fighting jumping rolling blocking ducking animations, enemy ai, a teleportation for Deadpool to get around the map fast because it's a huge open world game, an i will be adding much more soon.

What makes you think a company like Sony wants to read comments like that. That’s sweet and all, but low tier “content” spamming is kinda why dreams died and they dropped support. That’s not helping dreams being taken seriously

@@randomnobodyplaythrough I mean I can see the undercity and architecture style being very close but the art style is way different.. Dishonered is still just 3d textured doesn't even have hand painted props and the textures are outdated by now too. Arcane is composited and handpainted, all of it.
You really should of stated how this was even possible by turning sticker mode on in the setting of the text displayer gadget. I was still new to dreams and I had no clue how you made this possible in the first place.
Really wished Sony hadn't of dropped the ball with this one. Because Dreams is still a very powerful tool. They should have at least given us the option to import our models from Dreams to other modeling softwares.
My theory that sony abandoned dreams thats because they don't wanna to groom younger players, This is why dreams lost many registered users. and second reason was due to financial issues
You can also set different colors when texturing. Spin the colors too! For granite the outside is different shades of gray, but if you texture with more pink or white tints you get an even more realistic color. You can also cut with a super thin cylinder to make the cracks stand out more. Cracks are important for making good looking granite cliff walls.

Hi :) i think Dreams has an awesome community and people should still play and Share creations. Its a bit sad yeah but well :) i still follow your videos to learn stuff about Dreams.
The more deep that I go researching, the less I am suspected to believe that this decision wasn't made by Media Molecule, but was from Sony (who owns Mm). You can see that they are still very social, making Mm originals at a fairly reasonable pace, selecting favorite games to this day, and still pretty active with streams and Twitter. They never actually wanted to stop supporting Dreams, but in a way, they were kinda forced to.

I've just found out that Sony cancelled the PS5 and PC port even though it was basically ready for being released and I will forever hold that decision against them. It's just maddening.
