We created this channel for a few reasons. First, as a creative outlet! We truly enjoy the experience of capturing video, creating a story and editing the content.
The second reason is that we consume a ton of RU-vid content ourselves, and we wanted to start contributing to the conversation. We like to know everything about a place before we go, so if our videos help even one person out, that's a win for us.
And finally, this is a great way to remember all the amazing trips we take! We both work full-time corporate jobs, but we pretty much spend all of our free time travelling. It's a privilege to get to share our experiences with y'all. 🤗
I don't recall a cold plunge or cold room, but there was definitely a steam room, sauna, hot tub, and pool with jets/waterfall. After steam/sauna, the showers and pool were certainly refreshing!
Great video! Straight to the point on where you were going and what you were doing. Had enough of these videos with people just posing over a lake, or slo-mo walking pointlessly towards the camera with 0 context

You can also scroll down on their home page to you see the link to the NYE cruise. They are really good at responding. Could be 12-24 hours depending on where you live due to time difference.
The seaplane transfer is not included in the room rate, but it is arranged by the hotel. After booking they will contact you to get your arrival information and set everything up! The Le Meridien website also has some info about the transfer.
I've been to both of these properties. They are both amazing. The Four Seasons is a bit more upscale (imo). Punta Mita is a beautiful place off the usual tourist locations.
How did you set up the plane to san pedro. How much time do you need from when you land in belize city to when you board for san pedro or did you buy plane tickets at the belize city airport?
We booked through the Tropic Air website in advance (Maya Air works the same), allowing about two hours between flights. The transfer is very easy, when we went to check in with Tropic they actually just put us on the next flight that was leaving. We also saw many people buying their tickets on the spot, so that seemed to be a normal thing to do for this route!
Hmm, I would go for 2A simply because in 1A, the windows are behind your seat during takeoff and landing, and you have to rotate to face backwards to watch the big screen/not face the wall. If that doesn't matter to you, 1A is slightly larger than 2A. Hope that helps!!
The weather was great for our trip! We were able to get in the water (both pool and beach) basically every day. There was a brief rain shower one morning but otherwise beautiful! Of course, check the weather before your own trip, but September is definitely still beach season there.
Thankyou for showing that this is also possible. I have one question, did you have to change the trains in this journey? As the booking website is showing the option of Panaroma seats, but this journey is also showing one change, and the change time is only 3 minutes. Is that accurate? How to change trains in such short amount of times with children and luggage?
Hi! We don't recall any train changes, though it is of course possible there has been a schedule change or some sort of irregularity. If the short transfer is a concern, you may wish to contact the train company if there is a phone or email on their website!
The lake cruises are served by ferries that are part of Zurich's ZVV public transport network. Any ZVV pass with the appropriate time or zone coverage will get you on!
We just walked around within the central area on our short visit. The Chateau Gutsch funicular is not free: It costs EUR 2.50 each way, or can be covered by certain public transit tickets/passes.
Yes, it was EC163! Our trip was last fall, though, so definitely double check with the OBB website and when you book in case the numbers have changed, and of course be sure to book a seat in the right car! If you have the time we would absolutely recommend it. Comfortable ride and good scenery!
Out of curiosity, how were you able to book the cruise? Been looking everywhere for their tickets for this next year after watching the stunning views you got!!
Hi! This took a little bit of luck. We found the cruise on the Sydney Heritage Fleet website sometime over the summer and signed up for the mailing list to be notified when tickets went on sale. As soon as we received the email that tickets were available to the public, we purchased ours. We would suggest checking the SHF website regularly or registering for their regular mailing list to get notified there.

With ~200 people on board, did you find it hard to get a good spot near the edge to watch the show? And final question for me is if drinks and hors d'eouvres were included and served throughout the night? Thanks for letting me pester you!!
It's no bother at all! The ship is quite large and we never had a problem getting to the side of the ship to see anything. It did not feel crowded at all! As for food and drink, we were never hungry or thirsty. The bar was plentiful and even late into the night the crew brought out additional snacks like ice cream and hot dogs to keep everyone well fed as we approached midnight. Everything just felt well thought out!
We did not opt for the all-inclusive option because we knew we were going to spend lots of time exploring the town and island. But, the food and drink at the resort was pretty good, so it could make sense if you're planning to just stay on property!
