That laser beam attack from the false son is absolutely broken. The only que it's about to go off is the glow around his head for a moment, not even really an audio que. Basically, the whole fight has to be at cover you can duck behind or you need some way to escape it (like old war stealth kit). I've found that something to distract him like a beetle guard helps a lot.
Yeah, I was absolutely flabbergasted by it lmao. If I had an extra second to react, I maybe coulda got my shield off, or got behind a pillar in time. Just felt like I was screwed. But it was the first time I'd gotten to that part of the fight myself, so... now I know, I guess haha

Thanks for the advice. I didn't stream it, but I keep the webcam that size for a reason, to obscure as little of the gameplay as possible. Maybe I'll make it a tiny bit bigger, but not much
Well... the plan has always been to win with every character on Monsoon and then switch over to Eclipse, but since I came back to the game, I haven't been able to win a single time 💀 but I'll definitely switch to Eclipse once I win with Bandit, Railgunner, Chef, Artificer, Seeker, and Captain!

It's a mystery 😅 I thought they made it so a ton of enemies can't all spawn at the same time. But I think if I focused specific enemies a little better, I might have barely got it, in the end. Still kinda BS tho lol
If you are hitting an armored enemy (such as the puker or the banshee with the cone attack or the big pig) with your basic attack, it will do 8 damage. But if you're hitting a regular enemy, like the ghouls that throw rocks, the ghosts, the cultists (healers and swipers), smaller pigs, small trees, etc, you should be doing 16. Hope this helps!

@@SyphroPlays Did it with Snow Queen, found her ability to set down damage, stun quickly and movement the easiest to manage. Got to the final boss on only Aladdin one other time.
I would be surprised if they did, but I hope I'm right. I get why they do it, and if they do, I hope they at least nightmare is playable from the start, instead of having to do a run on Adventure, Twilight, and Darkness prior.
I tried the Back Moon Challenge with Snow Queen today. I used Dual Lance to maximize my damage output. I recommend collecting as many Leprechaun Coins as possible in Chapter 1. Later on, you’ll receive 2 free rerolls and a lot of money. Snow Queen doesn’t have healing abilities, so having Leprechaun Coins increases your chances of obtaining the Queen of Hearts Card and Black Lotus. Additionally, I collected armor from the Grimoire, and by Chapter 3, I had 80% armor.
I feel like I've done this challenge like 20 times, at this point 😅 I've tried pretty much everything here, except dual lances. I'll give that a shot, next time I play Snow Queen!
Finally got a NG win with Geppetto thanks to your tip on using the 2nd Ult. Was the only way I was able to beat the third boss without my puppets dying immediately. Thanks again!
I personally avoid taking Queen of Hearts. It healed you around 100 HP on the first run, so even on heroes with no sustain, I think it's a waste of an item.
But I totally get what you mean. Kind of was thinking about it in the storm island section of this video, because it's only out of combat, and you should be in combat quite often, so it is kinda mid.

The new character looks crazy OP. I just hope they buff/revert some of the other characters too that need it. #1 change I hope they do for characters is Scarlets transformation. If they make it instant like her starting talent, that would solve so many problems with that 4 second lag.
Yo! Snow Queen main here. I love your videos. Especially ones like this. It doesn't really matter to me if you win or lose (obvi it's fun to watch you steam roll act 3 as you often do). In a sense, it makes it more palatable to me to know I"m not the only one getting absolutely STOMPED in Act 3 sometimes. Side note: You inspire me to take talents and try new builds that I otherwise would discard entirely. It's easy to get in the habbit of throwing a run bc the build isn't EXACTLY the sequence of talents that you want. I think it's cool that you always try to make it work. Keep up the great content, and I'll see you on the next queen video! P.S. I also watch piper :)
I used to always say that every run is winnable, as long as you're patient enough. It's less true with chapter 3, but I still try :) glad you enjoy the videos!
